"My Aunt Ana knows Spiderman." Liliena hears Luna's voice as she goes into the backroom with James, his guide. James gives her a look with a raised eyebrow as they overhear Luna bragging.
"The Ana I met at my house said she'd teach me to talk with my hands." She then hears Harry bragging back and Liliena has to bite her bottom lip from laughing. Rounding the corner, Harry had child jeans on with a Spiderman hoodie that zipped up to cover his face, which was how it was. She could see his glasses push up from under the covering and Luna was scowling at him from the table they were colouring at with pink cheeks that reminded her of Pandora when she rarely would get angry.
"Harry, bud," James speaks catching both of their attention. James approached the two, crouching at the table with practice balance. "I brought a snack for you both to share, but you can't be arguing. Both your Mummies won't like that, would they?"
Harry manages to unzip the head covering before giving James a firm nod, eyeing the bag in his hand. "What did you bring me?"
"A chocolate strudel, but, wait," James holds the bag away from Harry before he manages to latch on. "You need to share with Luna. Half each."
Harry narrowed his eyes at James, then at Luna who decided to ignore them and go back to colouring on a colouring page that had a unicorn on it. Her tongue was stuck out to the side in concentration as she scribbled out of the lines with a blue crayon.
"I get the bigger half." He declares, and that makes Luna look up at Harry with her blonde eyebrows furrowed. "You're supposed to share!"
James rises from his crouching position and Liliena slowly makes way to join him as the two argue. "Has Harry been alone mostly growing up from a baby to a toddler?"
"Yeah, suppose it's our fault as adults. There's more of us to spoil him rotten. Only child syndrome, that is what Sirius calls it. Only just met the Weasleys nearly two years ago, but he gets along with them perfectly fine. I don't think I ever seen him argue like this."
"All Luna's life she's been known to share, no matter what she has. But she never fusses like this, Draco either. This is also new to me." Liliena moves in to jump into the argument just as Luna manages to break the blue crayon in half and slam it onto the table with as much a big bang as she can muster up.
"Luna, no, we don't break things just because we're angry." Liliena scolds lightly. "And Harry, what's wrong with sharing? Fairly, with Luna."
Harry scrunches his face in thought before deciding to shrug. "Dad is my dad. Not Luna's. He brought it for me and me only."
That was a strike to Luna. Her light blue eyes glossed and her pink cheeks went red. "Just because I don't have a daddy doesn't mean your daddy can't share."
"Harry, apologize. That was mean, more than even for you." James jumps in as Liliena goes to Luna holding her arms out for her to jump in.
"But Uncle Padfoot yelled and broke my plate to that guy in our home yesterdays ago! If he does it I can too!"
James sighs as Liliena props Luna in her arm sobbing quietly into her neck. She carefully stands, Luna not moving. Where was Pandora when she needed her?
"Luna Bug, are you okay?"
Luna shakes her head in her neck. "Why don't I have a daddy?"
Liliena gives James a small head gesture that she will be outside the room as he takes over with Harry. Carrying Luna, she brought Luna into a bathroom. It was small but the sink was big enough to put Luna on. She used the pads of her thumbs to help Luna dry her cheeks as she wiped her face with the back of her hand.
