Liliena was having a bad day the moment she woke up. It started with her oversleeping by almost forty minutes because she couldn't get comfortable the night before unable to lay and sleep comfortably on her back.

Then she was woken up, not by her alarm but by Regulus banging on her bedroom door shouting and scolding her for not warning him that her Aunt Hope had come to visit with Uncle Lyall surprisingly.

She had no time to properly get ready nor entertain both relatives who came to visit, the reason for their unexpected showing up still unknown as she sat in James' van, very much grouchy and annoyed as she attempted to sleep with her head pressed against the window of the passenger seat.

"So, Harry is with Lily and I was hoping that we could-"

"Can't." She grumbles.

"You don't even know what I was gonna say."

"I can't, James," Liliena snaps. "Either way, I cannot. Aunt Hope and Uncle Lyall stopped by for who knows what this morning after probably getting up before the crack of dawn and any other day would've been brilliant. Today, not so much. I probably only got 3 hours of sleep at most and please remind me for the next appointment to make it in the afternoon."

James gives her a side eye looking concerned but he doesn't add more on the matter allowing Liliena to fall into a light sleep.

James pulls into the parking lot of the OB office and turns the van off. He quietly unbuckles and looks over Liliena properly this time without driving to see the bags under her eyes. He had taken notice of the last few times they had gotten together that she'd been extra thirsty, explaining the two water bottles she had packed and were set aside on the cupholders between their two seats.

He's also noticed the frequent bathroom breaks, much more than what he's seen with Lily. As well as the slight shakiness she'd push aside every time she got in or out of the van.

He lets out a sigh, debating to bring up the things he has noticed about Liliena but not wanting to get her upset if it was nothing.

"Ana," James lightly brushes against her arm. "Ana, wake up. We're here."

"Hmm?" She hums not wanting to lift her head up.

"We're here. Time to go." James speaks softly.

She huffs a bit but moves slowly to unbuckle and collect her purse along with drinking nearly the whole bottle of water and tossing it aside back in the van. She smacks her lips which is followed by a yarn as she pushes the door open to hop out James quickly gets out of his own side and laps around the van to help Liliena.

"I don't need help. I'm pregnant, not helpless." She swats at him.

"I don't want you to topple over, Ana. I care about you."

She rolls her eyes but takes his held-out hands to keep herself steady as she slides out of the seat and onto her feet. "Thanks." She mumbles.

They both made their way into the office and quickly got into a room without hassle. The nurse does a quick vital check and instructed Liliena to strip it down.

"Is there anything you need to talk to Doctor Sprout about?" James awkwardly asks Liliena as he helps her maintain her balance and strip from the waist down.

"Nothing I can think of that important. But I might bring up to her about getting UTIs. Those are rather new for me, I'm on my third round of antibiotics for it since I found out I was pregnant."

"You didn't say anything," James tells her with knitted eyebrows.

"Didn't need to." She shrugs puts on the gown and settles on the table.
