Chapter 22

"On a scale of one to ten, how bad do you think it will end up from good-excited being at one and bad-hating to ten?" Liliena whispers to James as the ginger twins finish the last song before the reveal with Barty, who is tipsy indeed but happy to be with the twins and getting along rather well with them out of everyone in the room, putting aside the ones he already knows.

"Can't stop, you know we'll never give it up. People talk but we just don't care. In this life, you know you gotta live it up. So everybody put your hands in the air now." Barty's voice rings through the air in a very bad tone to the song, The Joke Is On You by Hiko. The twins follow him into the pre-chorus all singing terribly, but I'm sure no one would actually tell the twin boys. 

Barty, on the other hand... Liliena would gladly tell him herself.

"What you get's not what you see. Na-na-na-na, na-na-na-na-na. Take the possibility, We're gonna feel it come on dance in together."

Barty passes the chorus to the twins, stopping himself before he falls together with them.

"It's an all-night party that we're getting into! If you think it's all over, then the joke is on you! It's a dream, It's a scene, and it's all brand new! If you think you can stop it then the joke is on you! It's an all-night party that we're getting into! If you think it's all over, then the joke is on you! The twins screamed more than sang, but Evan, who also seemed to be tipsy and possibly a fully drunk Marlene as well, the two blondes grouped up with Pandora cheering the three on stage to continue filling them with praises along with the boys' mother. 

The twins' brothers along with the youngest sister were in no place cheering them on with their hands over their ears moving around the space provided. 

"Hard to tell," James mumbles with a head tilt eyeing the visible boxes on stage. "Half the people here are fairly excited. Joyful and whatnot, the other half... well maybe a third than half eh-eh so. As far as I know though, no one is angry to that side of bitterly-yelling of hatred. But I could be wrong."

"That being Sirius and Lily?"

The second verse comes, and the three sing together again with mismatched harmony.

"Don't stop, you sure? So what, you know we never give it up! So everybody put your hands in the air!"

Marlene and Evan do just as the song does and Liiena smiles watching as she talks with James.

Barty falls into a solo.

"Mostly Sirius, but I haven't spoken to him in a bit since the party started. He splitted away from me once Remus arrived. The last I saw him, he was inching closer to Remus somewhere in the back. I think Lily is more... trying to be neutral on this. Letting me handle Harry on processing everything which I think is fair enough. But I think she's warming up to you with the stories Pandora tells her."
