Two more months into the tour, Scarlet started feeling sick. She didn't think anything of it at first, until she realized she had missed her period. It took no time for her to decide to run to the nearest drug store to get a few pregnancy tests. She didn't want to chance any of them being wrong.
She knew that Nikki would find out if she did the tests in the bathroom in the tour bus, or in the bathroom in his dressing room, so she chose to use the bathroom that the fans would be using later on. With nerves eating away at her, Scarlet took all five tests that she had bought. It would take five minutes for results, so she was glad the boys didn't know she was back yet, otherwise they'd be worried that she was sick.
Scarlet paced back and forth in the bathroom until the five minutes were finally up. According to every test, Scarlet was pregnant. She was terrified, and with how scared she was, she ended up getting sick right after reading the tests. She had no idea how Nikki was going to take the news, but she had a feeling it wasn't going to be good.
She chucked four out of the five tests into the garbage can, before she slipped the fifth one into her bra. She then headed back outside and went through the back door, so the guys would believe she was just getting back. She was so glad she had picked up a few different kinds of snacks, so the guys would assume she had just gone out for a snack.
"Did you get gummy bears?" Vince asked, as he entered Nikki's dressing room, where Scarlet had headed.
"You know I did." She replied, reaching into the bag and grabbed the small bag of gummy bears.
"What's that?" Vince asked, pointing to the pregnancy test that had slipped from her bra when she had leaned over to reach into the bag.
"Nothing." She was quick to say, but Vince only frowned.
"You can tell me anything," Vince said,"What's that?"
Instead of saying anything, she simply pulled the test out of her bra, and handed it to Vince. Vince looked down at the small stick in his hand, and after a moment, his eyes widened when he realized what it was.
"You're pregnant?" He asked, and she nodded.
"But you can't tell Nikki," She said quickly,"I don't want him to be mad."
"He won't be mad, Scar. That man worships the ground you walk on," He replied,"but you can wait until after the show to tell him, if you want."
"Okay," She nodded,"You promise he won't be mad?" She asked, making Vince smile.
"I promise." He answered, and she nodded with a small sigh of relief.

Scarlet got dressed in a nice outfit, much like she did every night, and she got ready to see the boys perform. She often tried her best to dress nice, mostly because that's what she did every other time when the band had first started getting big. It was just something she did, and Nikki liked seeing her dressed up.
The boys played quite a few songs Scarlet absolutely loved; Wild Side, Shout At the Devil, Home Sweet Home, Too Young To Fall In Love, Dr. Feelgood, Smokin' In The Boys' Room, Same Ol' Situation, Take Me To The Top, Live Wire, Kickstart My Heart, Looks That Kill, and Girls, Girls, Girls. Scarlet loved all their music, but these were some of her absolute favorites.
When the boys were close to finishing their show, Scarlet felt the butterflies erupt in her stomach, like they had when she had first seen the tests. She was nervous as hell to be telling Nikki about her pregnancy, but Vince told her he wouldn't be mad. A couple of times during the show, Vince glanced back at Scarlet and gave her an encouraging smile, letting her know that he was there for her, and he believed in her, and he knew that she could tell Nikki without getting too nervous or chickening out.
Scarlet had to sit down to keep herself from falling over because she became dizzy from her nerves. She was waiting on Nikki in his dressing room, since he was grabbing a water bottle on his way to the room. The guys had a meet and greet after the show, but they had about twenty minutes until the meet and greet.
"Are you okay?" Nikki asked, as he entered the room,"You're looking a little pale." He added, as he walked over to her and placed his hand on her forehead to see if she had a fever.
"Just a little dizzy," She murmured,"Can you sit down?"
"What's wrong?" He asked, a little nervous that she was planning on breaking up with him.
"What do you think about kids?" Scarlet asked, making him furrow his eyebrows.
"Why?" He questioned,"You're not planning on buying an orphanage, are you?" He chuckled,"I don't think they'll let a rockstar own an orphanage."
"No, just in general, how do you feel about them?" She asked, and he sighed.
"I don't know, they're cool," He replied,"If it was a few years ago, I would've said never, but now, I wouldn't mind, y'know?"
Scarlet felt her heart hammering in her chest. She didn't know what to feel, but knowing that Nikki didn't hate the idea of children made her happy. She was really worried that he would hate children, and she'd have to figure out a way to get him to be happy once she told him.
"What if I said I was pregnant?" She questioned, and his eyebrows raised in shock.
"Are you?" He asked, causing her to slowly nod.
Quickly Nikki wrapped his arms around her, surprising her. After a strong hug, Nikki placed an affectionate kiss on her lips. Scarlet felt her heart skip a beat, knowing Nikki was happy about her having a baby. He was happy to be having a baby with her, and that's all she could ever wish to happen...
