01-I Look in People's Windows

She walked through the hallway as if it was her own palace, with her light-blue dress fluttering behind her.

She hated to be there, but she had no choice. This was the closest Palace to Zeus' Palace, without counting Demeter's.

She entered a living room and walked to the open doors that lead to the balcony, surprising two Olympians.

"What are you doing here?" Ares asked her with his fork in the air and an accusatory tone.

"It is not polite to speak with your mouth full of food, brother" she replied as she sat down next to him and served herself a cup of tea.

"Love, did you invite her?" Ares asked at the blonde on his left, who was looking through some binoculars.

"I did not, but I am not surprise she is here" she replied and passed her binoculars to Athena "I have been seating here since lunch and I only managed to see the Sea God, the Queen and the Goddess of the Harvest. They do not come close to the window so they are out of my sight range"

Athena grabbed them and looked at the meeting room in Zeus's Palace. Aphrodite was right, they couldn't see anyone.

The Olympians were aware that they were having a secret meeting, but they didn't know the reason for it. They knew it must be important since every sibling was in there, except for an exception, but they didn't mention it to the others.

"What could possibly be about?" Aphrodite asked out loud but didn't expect any answer.

"Oh come on" a male voice said and they turned to the entrance of the balcony to see Hermes walk towards them "It's obvious what they're discussing"

He sat next to Athena and started putting a lot of food on his plate. Ares groaned and stuffed food to his mouth while Athena looked at Hermes with a raised eyebrow.

"Then why did they not mention it to us?"

"It's their father! Even if his also our family, they may want to discuss some things without us being there. Give it a rest, sister!" He explained and stole the binoculars from her hands to use them.

"I want to be there" Athena mumbled, complaining to herself.

"I believe there is more than that" Aphrodite said leaning forward.

"What is there to be?" Ares shrugged his shoulders and drank his beer.

"I do not know," she replied and winked at Ares, making him choke "Yet"

Athena rolled her eyes at them and turned to see Hermes with the binoculars.

"See anything?"

"Nope" he replied and threw the binoculars to the table, making some food and drinks jump "This is useless, Ares go there"

"What?!"

"You're your Mama's boy, go there saying that you need something. See if you can hear anything"

"Why me?! Why not Apollo? He's father's favorite after all" he complained and threw his fist to the table, making everything jump.

"Do you see him here?" Hermes asked with his arms in the air "Go. Now"

"You do not tell me what to do"

Aphrodite placed her arm around his shoulder and massaged his neck while she brushed his hand.

"Ares, please. I want to know what the meeting is about"

Ares looked at her and stood up groaning.

"Alright"
