Chapter 10

As the king Robert declared two most important events happening in the country which is both of his children's weddings. People of idris welcome the news pleasantly and gave blessings to the family and wedding couples.

"Valentine wants to do some donations in Valentina and Idris as well..what do you think alec? Should we let him do that?" Robert asked for his elder son's opinion.

"It depends on what kind of donations he wants to do father..it shouldn't be anything like gold or diamonds...our people may get offended" Alec was exercising in the ground it's his usual routine exercise before dawn everyday.

"Hmmm...that's correct" Robert agreed.

"He can do one thing... he can invest that money in our bank as a donation for every single individual which can help them in future, they can withdraw the money for business or can add their own money with the existing donated amount for future use...and father it will be much more cheaper that how much he will spend on this.. you know how much he spends upon his will" Alec is always mindful about everything and it is one of the many reason Robert decided to pass the crown to his elder son.

Robert feels so proud after hearing Alec's suggestions but he is father, father never shows their affection and proud feeling towards their sons, not very Often no. He smiled and then nodded.

There are only two months remained for jace's wedding and all the preparation started in the palace princess and king - queen were super busy.

And the king forcefully busied himself in monthly paper work, because if he free time left for Alec he will feel alone and when he feels alone, he always think of only person 'Magnus'.

Alec wasn't entirely sure yet what exactly he feel for that man, generally Alec is very quick in people reading thing but when it comes to Magnus he always feel a pull towards him a longing and he somehow managed to sense his loneliness too, he expect each day to see that beautiful face whenever he step foot in the fairy court his eyes search only for Magnus.

Today, the king has no tasks on board and he is definitely not staying in the palace to be a part of wedding chaos. He decided to wander in forest and try to clear his mind. He is done with his morning exercises and war practice sessions with cezar. He took a bath and wore his most comfortable charcoal coloured tunic and his cloak. He took his sword and slid it in sheath on his back under the cloak.

After half an hour in the forest he wanted to walk barefoot than riding his horse. He was walking while breathing fresh, cool air. He took so much effort in saving these forests around Idris from falling. he convinced his people that nature is the only parent we could trust hence we need to protect it too if we are gaining so much from it.

While thinking and walking he was at the familiar spot. it was the pond where he laid his eyes on Magnus for the first time. Excitement risen inside him all tangled thoughts went in the corner of his mind, his heart was incharge of his body now not his mind. suddenly he was happy and anticipatory he tried to go in the direction of the hut hoping Magnus could be there. But something else captured his attention 'petal' it was petal at the other side of pond he smiled and walked close to him.

"Dear..! I think you are going to be my way towards him...is he here?" petal instantly recognised the king and moved his head like he is showing the way towards Magnus . He took petal in his arm and started to walk inside woods.

After 50-60 steps he started to familiar scent but not the one he was expecting he frowned a little and walked further.

Petal Beatles in excitement as if he was too responsible to guide the king in his direction.

Alec couldn't capture the whole picture infront of him in his eyes. It as lawn clean and soft grass, small falls were cascaded beside trail of willows through creak of Fjord at the river. And mild breeze were helping trees to shed their dead leaves. Two kitten one was whole white and another was white with a black around its eyes like a birth mark playing on the grass, rabbits hopping here and there. Valine spread over stones to stones. It is early morning time mist was in the air sunlight cutting through it. Then the king was able to saw the only person who was standing on the branch of apple tree try to pluck the red apple which was far away from his range.
