"I understand why you felt that way...I would have feel the same Magnus...and I promise it won't happen again from my side" Alec once again assured him.
Magnus was fighting to gain his breath as when Alec pulled him for a hard kiss after making very possessive statement he was just shocked and wasn't ready for what was coming next.
"Was it the only reason...? Or there is something else?" Alec cupped magnus's face gently looking into his eyes where Magnus's reddened lips were begging him to take them in his mouth but his fought back his desire.
"No...not for now" he blushed made Alec laugh and moved closer to the king "your majesty!...forgive me for avoiding you....i...myself didn't know why I was feeling that way and you are right..we should speak to each other than...avoiding discussing it,...."Alec took him in embrace and sighed contained.
"If you are not in hurry...we can have dinner...if you are..I mean...only if you are comfortable" he tried to make up for his past day behaviour, he really hoped that the king will stay and will have dinner with him. "Only on one condition.." Alec said in his usual deep husky voice which brought goosebumps on magnus's body.
"What?" Alec pulled him more closer there bodies pressing each other head to toe, "I want you to....i want you to teach me how to paint?" Alec had so much desires within him, he wanted this man since he first time saw him in the pond but he never knew he would feel more than lust for him and now he wants to take things slow. Considering Magnus is a virgin fairy he might be inexperienced in so many things, but Alec wanted to show Magnus that how attracted he is towards him and wants more from him than just a pleasure and give in return.
This request made Magnus surprised like the mighty king of idris asking him to teach him how to paint? Isn't is weird, being royal naturally inherit all the skills of arts, Magnus was sure that the king might already be expert in drawing and painting then why was he has such request?.
"What??...no?...you don't want to teach me?" The king kissed magnus's cheeks who was stunned and surprised with a gentle smile on his face. "Your majesty...! I request you not to mock me..if you found my art less intriguing....because, you have to know I am well aware that the king of idris already excelled in everything since you were 8 years old...so forgive me if I am being too direct...but I might ask...why would you want ME to teach you to paint?....there are many great artists living...why me?.....you can get any teacher you want" Magnus gently expressed his thoughts bringing a wicked grin in king's face.
"I might excelled in some arts...but I want YOU to teach me how to paint....its. (Kiss on right cheek of Magnus) my. (Kiss on left cheek of Magnus) decision(pecked Magnus's pink lips)...your art is great...marvellous in fact I am not mocking you.....and if you are worried that I might have alternative motives behind my request....then, you are right...I want to spend more time with you and make you familiar with my daily courses...I want to involve you in my routine Magnus" this honest answer from Alec made magnus's heart melt. Nobody till this date gave much importance to him to involve him anything despite his life as caged bird he always wanted a routine and live a normal life but he never gets to live.
Alec's honest confession made his heart almost surrender but he knows the consequences of allowing himself with such luxury. No matter how much he was to be a part of Alec's routine which means indirectly drag his beloved king into his dark fate and no, he wouldn't want that as much as he would love to have King to himself he would want Alec to be safe and live happy long life.
"I....would have loved to teach you your majesty and i am honoured actually that you want me to involve in your routine but....i apologise from bottom of my heart...I can not do that...I should stay in my limits and...I...I am simply incapable of...even have these some hours of your life...and you offer me so much more than I even cannot allow myself to expect...(he saw how alec's face saddened and his eyes didn't blink once to maintain the sad gaze in Magnus, he cupped Alec's face) you are wonderful, beautiful you are perfect....but I am not the one you should wish to be a a part of your life your majesty..."
