"Kash, you really should not be worried about me like this," said Hunza.

He smiled.

"You are the only one I care about," he said, softly.

"Well, if we are not disturbing your little reunion, should we eat," said Emaad, instantly, while putting some rice on his plate with the help of Shamoji.

Kashan sat beside Hunza.

"Hey Haeem, do you remember, mum used to cook egg fried rice?" asked Hania. "Yeah, I do remember, aunt used to cook so tasty," he said.

"You guys have been friends since childhood?" asked Kashan. "Yeah, we are, but then she went missing," said Haeem.

"Yeah, as if you were looking for your only best friend?" said Hania while choking on meat.

He chuckled.

Zain's phone was continuously ringing, and he was cutting calls, the incoming call.

"Hey, Saliha, why are you not eating? No wonder you are getting slim. Do you want to get faint again?" said Kashan while pouring some desserts and sweets on her plate.

"Hey, I... I don't like sweets," she said instantly.

"Saliha, he won't stop until you eat them," said Hunza, laughing. "Come on, pretty girls should eat sweets," he said, smiling.

Saliha looked up at Kashan. He was staring at her without blinking. "And you are pretty," he said in a deep voice.

"Holly shit, is he flirting with me?" thought Saliha. Her heart was racing fast because she was being hit by him in front of her husband.

"Someone developed a crush," said Hania, making Saliha startled. Her face turned red and panic could be seen on her face clearly.

"You got to be kidding me," said Hunza with her jaws almost dropped to the floor.

Saliha instantly felt very uneasy because she could feel someone's burning eyes on her.

She tried to hide in her chair. She had no courage to look at Roman, and she was 200 percent sure that he was looking at her.

Kashan chuckled.

"Come on, I was kidding, though, Saliha, you are indeed pretty," he said, chuckling.

"You and your rotten sense of humor," said Hunza while punching him on the arm.

Emaad was sitting beside Roman and they both had the same expressions. Kashan was cracking jokes while Haeem was discussing some stupid childhood mistake they made together.

Zain's phone rang a third time, and he ignored the call again and this time it made Roman irritated.

"Why don't you give a reply to this shit?" he asked, annoyed. This time Zain looked at him, pissed off.

His expressions were as if he was going to explode.

"Yeah, bro, just keep it," said Emaad, and he looked pissed off as well. "I think you two should reply to them," said Zain, angrily.

They looked at him confused.

"Your girlfriends are calling me. Did you two idiots tell them my number instead?" he said, annoyed.

"Girlfriends," Saliha's tongue slipped at the same moment and Roman looked at her instantly. His eyes were burning, he took a deep breath.

"Give it here," he said, and answered the call.

"Yeah honey, sorry, I was unable to pick up, yeah come over to my place, the same one where we make it last time," he said. He was a totally different person at that moment. Saliha was looking at him expressionlessly. "Yeah, Emaad is here as well, you can tell Tiana as well," he said, smiling while looking at his friend, whose expression changed. He hung up the phone.

"What? You are calling them here?" asked Zain, annoyed. "Yeah, why? Is it a problem?" he said, expressionlessly.

Hania and Hunza were talking about something, unaware of the tension.

"Roman, you should not, I mean girls are..." Zain had left his sentence incomplete.

"So what? If others can arrive with their boyfriends, so can we," said Emaad while looking at Kashan who was showing his 'skills' to Saliha, who seemed absent-minded.

Roman and Emaad got up from their chairs and walked towards Roman's room.

"Well, it seems like we should go as well," said Zain, getting up. "Amm, where are you going?" asked Hania.

"Roman's room, he made a mess by calling those girls here," said Zain, exhausted.

"What happened?" asked Haeem. They were both looking at each other as if they were talking through their eyes.

Haeem got up as well.

"What is it?" asked Saliha and she looked worried.

Zain gave her a sigh and then to Haeem. He turned and walked towards Roman's room.

"What the hell is happening? Tell me?" she asked Haeem.

"Nothing sweetheart, don't worry," he said, smiling and turning.

"Weird, your friends are strange," said Kashan.

"They are not our friends," said Hunza, annoyed. She was still annoyed at Emaad for unknown reasons.

"Let's go guys, I have written an essay about our project, I really wanted to show you," said Hania.

"Yeah sure, Saliha, come on," said Hunza.

"Guys, I have to clean the kitchen. Maid is on leave today," she said, while putting dishes in the sink.

"You need help?" asked Hania.

"No, thanks, just pile the assignment up, I will be there in a few minutes," she said.

"Actually, I will help here now," said Kashan, smiling. She turned to look at him. He was grinning.

"You?" asked Hunza, shocked.

"Yeah," he said while making a puppy face.

"You have never moved a glass from one place to another," said Hunza while crossing her arms around her chest.

"Now I am doing it for this pretty girl," he said while leaning on Saliha, who took a few steps back.

"Your brother is crushed head over heel," said Hania.

"Well, I am doomed, stay away, Saliha, he bites," said Hunza while rolling her eyes.

"Well, not like you," said Kashan.

She turned and left with Hania.

He sat on the counter and started talking to her.

"You were supposed to help me?" she said, smiling.

"I am helping you darling, so that you won't get bored," he said, smiling.

She smiled in return.

"Saliha, why don't you buy a phone?" asked Kashan.

"Well, I don't have money, I will ask uncle Imran," she said, sheepishly.

"Well, if you don't mind, can I give you one?" asked Kashan.

She was about to open her mouth when she heard a slight thud behind her. She turned.

Roman was standing there staring at her. He must have left his phone there, so he came back to grab it.

"Did I disturb you guys?" he asked in a deep voice. She felt her cheeks turn bright red. There was something in his voice that made her heart rush.

"No, no dear," said Kashan while getting down from the counter.

Roman was still staring at Saliha, expressionlessly. She could feel his eyes going through her soul, and it was enough for her to get burned into the fire in his eyes.

He did not say a thing and turned back towards the stairs where his room was located.

"Strange, he is weird," said Kashan. She took a deep breath.
