"Your mother was a good person, she had a lot of friends," he said.
"But grandma said she had no friends, she rarely used to go out," she said.
He remained quiet.
"You were friends with her?" she asked, she was intelligent, she made sense of his words.
"We were not that close," he said shortly and got up.
Sana was feeling bored of their conversation so she turned towards her phone.
"Where is Roman?" he asked. Saliha shrugs.
He facepalm his head in disappointment.
Just then the door opened and they turned. It was Roman, he was walking inside from the main entrance and he looked so exhausted. His hair was dishevelled and his eyes were red.
"Where were you?" asked Imran, angrily.
"Dad, please I am not in the mood," he said and walked up towards his room, ignoring Saliha.
The scenes from last night were coming into Saliha's mind. She looked at Imran who rolled his eyes in disappointment.
Sana was now alert.
"Uncle, he did not eat breakfast, we should ask him," Sana said. Saliha and Imran exchanged looks.
"Go and ask him," said Imran while pointing towards his room. Sana got up instantly and walked towards the room.
"Uncle, why did you..." Saliha tried to say something when he shushed her. After a while, they heard the door opening.
"I said don't bother me," he screamed, which made Saliha jump. A smirk appeared on Imran's lips.
"My son got his temper from his mother and my father-in-law," he said, chuckling.
Saliha looks at Imran instantly and after a while, she laughs and so does Imran.
Sana was walking down with a disappointed expression.
"Rule one, never ask him anything when he is offended," said Imran. Sana sat on the chair in a facepalm position, exhausted.
"Saliha, are you going to college today?" asked Imran. "No uncle, it's off," she said.
He nods.
Just then Eliza walked out of the room, she was wearing a beautiful cane-color dress with high heels. Her shoulder-length light brown hair was looking so elegant. Beauty runs in Gardezi's bloodline. She was indeed a goddess-like woman.
"Aunt, you are looking stunning," said Saliha. "Thanks, my dear," she said.
Imran walked towards her and kissed her forehead.
"You will never change," she whispered while blushing.
"I cannot change for you," he said in a whisper while leaning on her. She pushed him aside slightly and he chuckled.
Then her gaze fell on Sana, who looked pissed off. "What happened?" she asked.
"She went into Roman's room and she lash on her," said Imran. "Roman is home?" she asked.
"Yeah," he said.
"Let me meet him for a while, he should not lash out at someone like this and someone as pretty as Sana," she said while slightly hugging Sana.
"It's okay aunt, I should not go like this," she said.
"Relax, Roman is like this," said Eliza and walked up towards the son's room.
