"Miss Ahmed, you just need to work with many patients to understand their crimes and mental health," Dr. Freddie explained. She looked around, it was an empty room with white wall paints. She read that white paint is essential for mental health treatment. She was feeling unknown mental sickness due to all white everywhere.
"All good?" asked Dr. Freddie. She nods.
"Okay, that's great. Your first patient is Naira, she is twenty-nine years old and the one who killed her infant by feeding him nails," he said with serene confidence.
He smiled at her and walked off.
She walked towards the desk and settled in a very comfortable office chair. All of the fitments in the room were white. The door opened and very thin white girl entered the room. She seemed as if she belong polish ancestory. She had dark brown eyes and there were wrinckles around her eyes but she was pale. She evidently did not sleep for years. Saliha spent first five minutes to go through her files and all the details. The woman walked like walking dead towards the chair without any expressions and sat on it.
Saliha smiles at her but the woman did not paid any attention instead she was looking at the wall. Saliha turned towards the pile of files ahead of her again and picked the one with Naira Hastings name as a title. Suddenly her phone beeped. There were messages from Hunza, 10 from Zain and few from Haeem who must have sent her some stupid memes. There was an unknown number as well. Her heart skipped a beat because it was same number from last night.
She tap on the screen and the message box opened.
"Focus on your life and leave the matter alone, as you will soon be alone," she quietly read and swallowed.
The woman was continously looking at the wall. She looked at the file again.
"Name Naira Hashtings, she is 29 years old. Three years ago, she killed her infant son by feeding him nails. Nails size were half cm. She kept saying since the day that she is unable to recall the event. The doctor read about the possibility of PTSD after childbirth, but saw no signs of it in the patient". The woman was ignoring Saliha, which made Saliha feel uneasy.
"I'll get revenge on Roman for sending me here and those creepy messages," she thought, taking a deep breath.
"Do you think I killed my son?" the woman asked.
Saliha gulped, she was scared but she had to talk to the woman professionally.
"Naira, we know you did it. Now you need to tell us why, or we will have to use other methods to find out," she said trying hard to sound confident.
The woman smiled and Saliha found it most creepy.
"Well, I did not, the boy was reason to kill himself," said the woman.
"What, do you mean by that?" she asked, calmly.
"Who will catch a butterfly under a wheel?" the woman sing.
Saliha knew these criminal are sharp mind.
"Naira Hashtings, why did you kill him?" she asked him again.
The woman remained quiet.
This was happening since three years. Naira was not confessing her crime and the government sent her here in the institution. No one was able to crack the case yet. She had a sister who just visit her on montly basis. Saliha wanted to talk to her sister for the case. She looked at her schedule and noticed that her sister Nora Hastings would be visiting her on the 15th of each month. However, she chose not to mention it to her.
She remains quiet as if she is mute whenever her sister tries to talk to her.
"How is your relationship with your younger sister?" she asked.
She remained quiet.
"Naira, How is your relationship with your sister?" she repeated but no answer.
Saliha took a deep breath.
She wanted to crack this case as soon as possible but she was unable to get a clue.
She bite on her lower lip and got up.

He was sitting in his room with dim light when the door knocked.
"Come in," he said.
Hunza walks in.
"What brought you to me?" Kashan asked.
Hunza took a deep breath.
"Since when you get so serious?" he asked, and chuckled.
She gave him a tough looks and he started laughing.
"Stop laughing fake," she snapped and punched him on the arm.
"What you want?" he said while touching his arm.
"You like her, don't you?" Hunza asked.
"Who?' he asked.
She clenches her teeth.
"Hala," she said. He rolls his eyes.
"No, I don't," he snapped.
"You know you can't hide anything from me," she said.
"Hunza, are you crazy, her brother will kill me and now she likes someone," he said.
"That someone is involved in political crises, how come you say that he is good for her. I know that bastard, he used to harras Saliha and Hala is not believing us," she said.
Kashan felt as if someone took his heart in their hand.
Hunza took a deep breath and placed her hand on his shoulder.
"Think about it," she said and got up.

Ehsan was playing with the lighter in his hand while looking out of the window.
"I really wish mom, you were here. I am so tired. I can't do it anymre," he said looking up at the moon.

She was feeling really tired after two to three patients and she had to solve the mystery behind their actions. She was sitting on the coffe table in the caffeteria. The coffe was placed in front of her on the table. It reminds her of time when she drank it for the first time. She was with Roman in the car.
A bitter smile occured on her face. Coffee always gives her panic attacks but nothing was great in her life anymore. Her beloved uncle and aunt were gone and Roman? He was the suspect. She was about to take a sip when someone collides on her and the coffee fell from her hand.
