"So he is your cousin?" asked Kashan. "No," she said instantly.

"Then?" he asked, curious.

"Our parents were friends," she said.

"Oh, so that's how you are living here. Where are your parents?" he asked.

"My mum is dead," she said, sadly.

"Oh, sorry, I am sorry for your loss," he said while looking inside her eyes. She looked so tense and upset.

"No, it's okay, I do miss my mom in my life, but I never met her, she died shortly after I was born," she said while wiping her tears away.

"And your dad?" he asked.

"I don't know, grandma has never said a word about him, maybe he is dead as well," she said.

He took a deep breath.

"Come on, let's go up, the girls must have finished writing by now," she said, and walked towards her room in order to change topic. Her room was across from Roman's. There was loud music playing in the room. She took a deep breath while passing by his room, followed by Kashan.

"Where were you two?" asked Hania, mischievously.

"It's nothing like you were thinking," said Saliha.

"Oh, I wish," said Kashan while placing his hand on his heart.

Hunza rolled her eyes. They were sitting on the balcony on chairs. "You don't feel cold?" asked Saliha.

"No, actually it is good and peaceful...." Hunza was about to complete her sentence when loud electronic music started playing.

She clenched her teeth while looking at the nearby window. Saliha took a deep breath.

"They are partying," she said.

"Saliha, I don't know how you tolerate this," said Hunza. She remained quiet.

"Anyway, I have done one thing with the project, and it is almost done. Now we have to visit the museum. Am I right, Hania?" said Hunza.

"Am I right, Hania?" she turned to look at Hania who was sleeping on the chair.

"Oh geez, she has already gone to sleep, I am taking her inside," said Hunza.

"Hey Hania, get up," she said.

Hania woke up a bit.

"Come on, it's cold here, let's go in," said Saliha. They both left.

"What is happening there?" asked Kashan while pointing at the terrace next to them.

She looked up and almost gasped. It was Roman. He was dancing with some random girl.

She got up.

"Who is she?" he asked.

"I don't know," she said while looking away. He was standing on the terrace with her.

She felt her heart rushing fast, and the panic was about to hit her. Roman took that girl towards the back side of his room. The crazy thoughts started hitting her.

Her breath was getting faster and she turned instantly.

"Hey, are you okay?" asked Kashan.

"Yeah, I am just fine, I need a walk, it happened to me in the night," she said.

"Happen to you?" he asked, worried. "This depression," she said.

"Come on, let's go outside," he said, and they walked out.

He was standing on the terrace with the girl who seemed so interested in him, but he seemed bored.

"Roman darling, when will we start having fun?" she asked. He took a sip of whiskey and did not reply. Zain walked towards them.

"Roman, you should not have called them," he said in his ear.

He took a deep breath and then his gaze went down towards the door. She saw her leaving with him and his grip on the glass had gone tightened. "Roman, are you listening? Come on, let's dance," said the girl while touching his arm.

"Don't touch me," he said, annoyed, and pinched the glass harder while looking at Saliha leaving with Kashan, breaking it, and injuring his own hand in the process.

"What on the earth is happening here?" he asked, worried. "You injured yourself," said Haeem.

He threw the remaining pieces of glass and walked out of the room. Zain gave him a sigh and then to Saliha who was walking beside Kashan.

"You like the moon?" he asked.

"Yeah, who does not?" she replied.

"I love to admire it," said Kashan while taking a deep breath. She smiled.

"I thought whenever I found a girl I would take her to the top of this city on this full moon night," he said.

"And what do you like in a girl? What is your ideal?" she asked. He took a deep breath.

"The one who is a bit talkative, intelligent and who will keep me in line," he said.

"What do you mean by keeping you in line?" she asked. He chuckled.

"Well, I mean, with my bad habits," he said, sheepishly.

"Your sister already knows how to keep you in line. Do you want someone like her?" she asked, smiling.

"Well, my sister is a bit of a badass kind of girl, it is cool, but her type is not my type. I want someone who is introverted. I don't want a girl who has my sister's traits, I am into innocence," he said, smiling.

She chuckled.

"By the way, how about you? What kind of boy do you like? Any idol?" he asked. Her smile faded away.

Two blue eyes appeared on the screen of her eyes.

"Calm like the sea but hide the tornado in him," she said in a whisper. "Whoa, you should be a poet," he said, laughing.

She smiled in return.

"Yeah, I should be if I have to define a devil," she muttered. "It's getting late, I think we should go in," she said.

He nodded and they walked inside the house. It was quite dark at the launch.

"It would be fine with you if this was your room?" she asked while pointing at the room in the corner.

"Yeah, I am fine with it," he said, smiling. Just then, something clicked in the corner. She turned and almost gasped. He was sitting there with the lighter in his hand. He was playing with the fire.

"You startled us, brother," Kashan said, but Roman did not reply.

"Okay, I am tired, I am going. Goodnight," said Kashan, and he got inside the door, shutting the door behind him.

She turned again, but he was not sitting on the couch. She looked around confused. Where could Roman go in the blink of an eye? And she turned ahead again and found him standing ahead just straight in front of her nose.

His handsomeness was looking eerie in the dim light with those stone expressions. She gulped because she knew the devil would eat her for sure. She could now recognize his expressions and their meanings and for now it meant she must have done something terrible.
