Beomgyu opened the big double doors and the sound echoed throughout the crown room.
He looked around, spotting the big empty desk.
Luna stood behind him at a distance, watching him intently as he looked around his father's office, which would be his until his sister became queen.
He walked forward towards the desk, and Luna followed him.
He hesitated a bit, playing with the chair for a minute, before sitting down, scooting closer to the desk and looking at the emptiness of it.
"How does it feel?" Luna questioned softly as she walked forward, sitting down on one of the chairs across from him.
"It feels... weird. Like I shouldn't be here." He whispered before shaking his head. "Which I shouldn't. This seat is temporary."
Luna nodded slowly as she crossed her arms over her chest at the slight cold in the room. She let out a small sigh, before she stood up determined, walking over to the door which Beomgyu had left open, and closing it.
The room became dark, and Beomgyu couldn't help but have his heart raise, but he heard Luna's footsteps echoing around the room.
Light was suddenly in the room, as Luna pulled the huge curtains open, letting in the sunlight.
Beomgyu watched her as she opened all of the dark blue curtains, pushing them with struggle, before dusting her hands.
She pushed open all three of the double door windows before standing in front of one, looking outside at the rolling fields.
"It's a nice day today, I don't understand why it's so stuffy in here." She said as she shook her head, and he lovingly watched her, before furrowing his eyebrows in confusion, watching as she grabbed the cushions on one of the couches, placing them near the window.
"What are you doing?" He questioned gently, but she didn't say anything as she pulled the coffee table towards the spots where the cushions are, before adjusting it so that it's placed facing the window.
Luna looked at him, seeing his confused face and letting out a sigh. She quickly walked towards him and grabbed his hands pulling him to stand up.
He walked with her as she walked backwards towards the cushions and gesturing to them as if it was obvious.
"Sit here instead." She said gently, pushing him to sit down. "This is better, isn't it? You like to sit on the floor and to look outside. And you like the wind and the sunlight. So, just sit here, you don't have to sit over there."
He looked down at the coffee table in front of him, before looking over at his father's desk, seeing it so dark and shadowy.
His eyes moved towards Luna, who only raised her eyebrows in question. "Won't it help to keep you calm?"
"You're... amazing, Luna. I love you." He whispered, watching how the sun hit her face and her comfortable dress.
Her ears felt hot as he reached for her hand, pulling her to sit next to him.
"I love you." He said again as he placed his hand on her cheek. "You're so... I can't even describe you Luna."
"You can stop now." She whispered making him chuckle quietly as he placed his forehead against hers.
"Thank you." Beomgyu placed a soft kiss on her lips, and she kissed him back.
"As long as you're happy."

Everyone stared at the open casket as the vigil was coming close to end. The dark clothes of everybody in the room made it seem a little darker than it actually was, and the intense rain outside didn't really help the occasion.
