Just because someone cannot open their mouth, it doesn't mean that they aren't hungry
It doesn't mean that they have nothing to say
Perhaps even caused by the feeling of having their words merely fall upon deaf ears
And yet when a doll will open her mouth, all she'll say is the "right" answer
An answer created only to keep her out of trouble
To at least try to keep her out of pain that's already affecting her
Piercing her heart as she has to say something so vile and untrue over an over just because it's the "right" answer
Her true thoughts forever locked away because it is wrong
And it will always be wrong
Therefore it shall never see the light of day
Fortunately
Or unfortunately for either sides
Such a chained being held away for so long, well eventually the rust and pounding tugs on the links will one day
Snap
