She comes out the bathroom, gets changed and sits next to me. "I'm really sorry amor, I should have told you I know that now."

"no it's okay I'm sorry." I tell her. I still feel bad for not letting her explain, but now she has I'm going to help her fix everything. "I shouldn't have gotten mad at you or called you a bitch. I should have understood that there was a good reason why you didn't say anything at first." 

"there's no need to apologize you wouldn't have known I should have told you," she says shaking her head.

"maybe we should just stop apologizing we're getting nowhere." We both have so much to apologize about so we might aswell just forgive each other for everything and move on.

"okay yeah," we laugh.

"send money to your mum," I tell her giving her, her phone from our bed.

"how much?" She asks. Honestly I don't  know, however much she needs.

"enough for the funeral and so he doesn't have to steal again," I suggest. A very good thing about being a pro footballer is not only doing the thing that you love, but also I never need to worry about money, especially for people that I love. Well, maybe it's a problem for Joao.

"I don't have money I used it all to bail Alvaro out," she says. Only she would spend all her money to help someone she loves.

"all your money?" I'm not even surprised she's the kindest person I know she's not selfish at all.

She nods, "yeah, of course I didn't even think about it."

"you're such a good person y'know that," I hug her tightly and send her 100k and she sends them 60k. "And just forget about Mateo but if he contacts you again, we'll file a restraining order against him okay."

"okay yeah sure," she agrees me.

"when's the funeral?" I ask her. I know she spent a long time planning it, so I hope she can still go.

"in a month," she tells me.

"can I come?" I ask her.

"of course," she says smiling. I'm glad she still wants me their on such a big day.

"I love you, you know that?" I feel like after everything she's been through it's important to remind her.

She nods her head, "yes, I love you too."

"and I'll never leave you. I'll always be here for you especially in times like this but don't scare me like that again I was too close to calling the police."  She giggles, "it's not funny."

She laughs harder, "oh I'll make you laugh."

I start tickling her, "stop," she says in between breathes.

"apologize for giving me a heart attack at a young age," I tell her jokingly. She's such a ticklish person and I use it against her all the time.

"I'm sorry Pedri please stop," I stop and kiss her.

"I missed you so much," I tell her giving her a hug. I'm glad she's back I just want things to go back to normal.  

"I missed you too." She kisses me and it gets deeper until there's a knock on the door.

"oh, that must be Adella, Joao and Pablo," I go open the door.

"where is sh- Tabi!" She runs and hugs her so tightly I see Tabi struggling.

"if you ever do that again, I will murder you and then Pedri and then Pablo," she jokes.

"don't bring me into this," Pablo rebels.

"can we go to the funeral?" Adella asks randomly.

She looks really shocked, "oh."

"sorry, I told them everything," Joao admits.

Tabi nods her head, "well then yeah, sure."

"but how are you?" Pablo asks. She likes putting a front on but I know she's hurting and I want her. 

"not good like at all but it is what it is." She starts crying and Adella hugs her.

"it's okay princessa." It breaks my heart seeing her like this. I know how close she was with her dad and he was a great person, dad, father-in-law, husband. He didn't deserve it he was a great guy I have no clue how she feels right now. 

"it will get better," Joao reassures her.

She chuckles and wipes her tears, "I'm sorry."

I shake my head, "never apologize for having emotions princessa."

"we're all here for you," Pablo says.

"I love all of you," she tells us. She's still tearing up a little but with us she's going to be okay, I'm sure of it.

"we love you too," Adella says. We group hug.

"and thank you Joao for being there for me," she smiles at him.

He shrugs his shoulders, "someone had to."

Later that day

The others left.  Me and Tabi are in bed about to sleep. "I'm gonna marry you one day you know that?" 

"you better it's the least I deserve for everything you put me through," we laugh and I kiss her. We've been through so much together so I'm glad we've overcome everything. I cuddle her and we fall asleep.
