Nova's POV
"What are you getting out of this?" I asked as I looked at Billie.
They tied me down on a chair - my head was killing me and so was my nose. But I wasn't gonna show them that.
Jayden was a psycho. Tried to kill me, probably because I broke his little empty heart.
But Billie?
Just didn't understand what I ever did wrong to make her hate me like that.
She was the one who had sex with my boyfriend, not the other way around.
"If I'm lucky..." she turned her head to me with a smile. "Lando"
I chuckled. "Yeah because killing his girlfriend is gonna convince him to date you"
What a delusional chick.
"Well" she leaned down to me. "He won't ever know I helped Jayden - but I'll be there for him when he mourns your death"
"You do realize how insane that sounds?"
"Not necessarily" she shrugged her shoulders. "He fucked me once, remember?"
I rolled my eyes. "I am over that Billie, I moved on"
Which wasn't a lie.
I realized I only had one love in this life, and it was Lando.
No one else would ever compare to him and if Adam was gonna be able to find me and get me out of this mess.
I definitely wanted to spend my life with him.
"Maybe you should move on too" I looked up at her. Her eye twitched a little. "Aren't you dating Jayden anyways?"
She shrugged her shoulders, and before she could even say something, Jayden walked up to us.
"Are the friends catching up?" He said sarcastically.
I just snorted, couldn't really answer because all of a sudden, the door flew open.
Adam, Peter and Matt barged in. I was so happy to see them. I knew Adam could do it.
"What the-?" Billie immediately grabbed her gun and so did Jayden. "Who are these guys?"
"This is the guy I told you about" Jayden nodded his head at Adam. "He's one of Julian's dogs"
"Look babe" Adam looked at Billie. "I will take you out after this and tell me all about myself, but first, I have to deal with your friend there"
Billie looked so confused and it would be funny, if I wasn't tied down a chair.
"Is that okay love?" He tilted his head at Billie, who instantly nodded with a blush on her face.
Adam was as charming as ever. He didn't do it for her though, wanted her to kinda like him so he could use it if needed.
"Anyways, if you're done flirting with my girlfriend.." Jayden cleared his throat. "Good to finally see you Adam. Didn't expect you to find me so soon"
"Had a little help" I heard him mumble.
"So, are you here to see another Hayes die?" Jayden pointed his gun at me.
"Is that a threat Jayden?" Someone said from behind us. "It better wasn't a threat"
Those were the exact same words Julian said on the night he died.
I quickly turned my head around, looking behind me.
This time, Julian was standing there - smirk on his face.
I wasn't dreaming right?
My brother was alive and well. He wasn't dead. They lied to me - he lied to me.
"Julian!" Billie said, a little too excited. As if she was happy to see him?
But she wasn't excited - she was scared, even felt betrayed maybe? Don't know why though. Maybe because she thought, for a second, Adam actually fancied her?
Like I said, delusional chick.
She immediately dropped her gun and took a step away from me. Matt grabbed her within the second and pulled her out.
Now there was only Jayden left.
"Julian?" Jayden turned around, pointing his gun at him. "You were dead!"
"No Jayden" he chuckled. "You are dead, for trying to kill my sister"
"Big mouth for someone who's girlfriend left him for an F1 driver" Jayden chuckled.
"What?" Julian's face immediately dropped.
"Oh Adam.." Jayden shook his head. "Didn't you tell the Hayes siblings who Piper is dating?"
I looked at Adam, who looked straight at Julian. "He's trying to distract you mate"
"Who the fuck is Piper dating?" Julian pointed his gun at Adam.
And this time, he wasn't aiming at his legs.
