Nodding my head making more conversation with her as we continue eating.

"Couldn't tell mi seh a suh him ni-" She was interrupted by loud explosion and glass shattering. I fell back front my chair my head hitting the concrete floor hard ignoring the pain I quickly took cover as the explosion continued.
Once the explosion stopped I quickly got up running towards the sink to see my mother laying on the floor in a pool of her own blood with on single gunshot wound to her chest , really close to her heart.
"Mommy...." I screamed dropping beside her. Her weak eyes looked up at mine a small smile on her face. Tears ran down my face as I tried stopping the blood by putting pressure on her wounded chest.
"I‐I love y-you baby , Tell Tristen m-mi love him , and I'm pr-proud of b-both of you" The spark in her eyes slowly dimming.
"Mommy stay wid mi , please mi need yuh" I grabbed my phone dialing 911 telling them the situation , after hanging up on 911 I dialed Tristen's number which he picked up after a few rings.
