"Ugh..." I groan from where I'm laying on the bathroom floor , " maybe I should call coach and tell him I'm staying home ." I sigh , as much as I want matty to just stay here and hold me his team also needs him . " no matty , I'm fine it's just a stomach bug and I'll feel better in a hour or two just like I have the last few days ."
I've been feeling sorta sick the past two weeks and then the last few days I've started my mornings puking my guys into the toilet but then every time I end up feeling better . Matty keeps telling me I need to go see a doctor , but it's nothing more than a stomach bug that just needs to run its course .
" are you sure baby ." Matty says leaning over me from where I lay on the cold tile of the bathroom floor , don't worry I cleaned the floor yesterday. " I'm sure , I have a busy day at the bakery so let me shower and then I drive you to the airport to meet up with the team ." He's heading on a week long road trip and is nervous to leave me since I don't feel good .
Matty nods and then lifts me off the floor , he also makes sure I'm steady on my feet before letting go of me . I quickly shower and get ready for the day , I even managed to get some food down . Matty made English muffin egg sandwiches for both of us .

Twenty five minutes later I'm standing outside my bronco at the airport where the team plane is waiting for the players to all arrive . " promise me that if you aren't feeling better when I get back you let me take you to a doctor". I kiss matty softly " yes , I promise , I'll miss you bubs ." Matty kisses me again "I'll miss you too baby , please call me if you need me ."
I wait and watch the plane take off before driving to my bakery . When I walk In the back door of the kitchen from the private parking lot for employees, the kitchen is hectic . I bump into Rory who is the manger of the Miami location . " good you're here , one of the ovens went out . The repair guys on his way , but we've got a massive order of cupcakes I'm talking an order of one hundred cupcakes!"
