Lucifer had watched his children grow into young adults. He had always looked out and cared for them, even if they didn't realize it.
They were reborn on earth, desiring to be among the humans. Lucifer was hesitant, but complied with their wishes. Now...
"You called for me, sir?"
He turned to face one of the guards responsible for taking care of his family. He was also among his closest friends. Dante.
"It's time for my children to emerge behind their disguises. Awaken them," Lucifer ordered.
"Right now? They are still young-minded. The destruction they could cause on the surface," Dante reasoned.
"I will keep an eye on them as I always have. I will not let my children destroy this earth, Dante. I assure you," Lucifer promised.
Dante was still unconvinced, but he did as told either way.
