Stephen looked up as Wong entered the Sanctum through a portal.

"Are you sure you want to do this? There must be a reason why your friend chose this route," Wong said.

"There was no reason, except he's a fucking coward," Stephen snapped.

"You are clearly not in the right mind to perform this spell," Wong said, grabbing his wrist.

"You're right. I just don't understand. Why would he leave without saying goodbye," Stephen asked, "Why do I even care so much?"

"I'm no expert in this field, but I believe you're falling for him," Wong said.

"Don't be ridiculous. I'm not in love with him," Stephen said, still in denial.

"Strange, you speak about him the same way you spoke about Christine," Wong smiled.

Stephen has been trying his damn hardest to avoid falling in love ever since his falling out with Christine. But here he is falling in love with the devil of all people.

"Do you mind taking over," Stephen asked, sliding the book over to him.

Wong gave a short nod and did the spell for him.

Hope walked into her childhood home with Josie beside her.

"Hope, you made it," Rebekah grinned, coming to greet her with a hug.

"I wouldn't miss it for the world, Aunt Bex," Hope smiled, "Hope you don't mind me bringing Josie along."

"Of course not," Rebekah asked.

She turned to greet Josie next while Hope went upstairs. Her fingers trailed over the books lined up on the shelf. She felt so much nostalgia here.

"Hope!"

She turned around and ran downstairs. Hope paused as she was hit by Wong's spell. Crying out in pain, she dropped to her knees before passing out.

Stiles sat with the pack, listening in on the meeting. Apparently, another pack was coming into Beacon Hills.

Scott wanted to be ready, in case they were hostile. Stiles winced as the spell soon began to reach him.

"Scott?"

Stiles cried out in pain as he met his best friend's eyes. Scott and Derek were also clearly in pain, but not as much as Stiles was.

"Fuck," Stiles shouted, holding his aching head.

Then he went limp on the ground.

Wong looked over at Stephen as he grimaced from more memories rushing to him.

"Sit down, Strange," Wong demanded, pulling a chair up for him.

Stephen gritted while taking a seat. The pain only lasted for a while before it was over.

"Is it done," Stephen asked.

"Yes."

Lucifer looked at the image of the surface. A look of guilt crossed his face as he watched Stephen.

"I like this one," Dante smiled, looking over his shoulder, "You should keep him around."

Then he walked away to attend to the hounds, leaving Lucifer to wallow in his self-pity.
