WARNINGS: Slight Disassociation

Hope gave some new students a small tour of the school. Her eyes caught sight of a familiar face, making her stutter.

"I'm sorry. If you don't mind, Ms. Lizzie Saltzman will be taking over the tour," Hope said, allowing Lizzie to take over for her.

She left the main room to go to her unofficial office. Hope closed the door softly.

"Sneaking in here is kinda illegal, you know that right," Hope asked, turning around.

Josie kissed her while holding her by the hips.

"You're home early," Hope muttered.

"My dad decided to have Uncle Stefan take over for me," Josie said, "That way I can come with you to your family dinner."

"You kept your promise this time," Hope teased.

"I know. Shocker, isn't it," Josie smirked, kissing her again, "How's things been here? Lizzie wasn't too much trouble, I hope."

"She was fine. Nothing I couldn't handle," Hope said, "I like this jacket."

"It was a traveling gift from Uncle Enzo and Aunt Bonnie," Josie smiled, showing it off with a twirl.

"Okay. I'm jealous. I have to call them," Hope teased.

"Heard anything from your brother?"

"Stiles, we may argue a lot, but I'm still here for you. I'm still your sister and that will never change," Hope reassured, "You can always come to me if you need anything. I mean that."

Thanks, Hope."

"Hope, are you doing okay? You seem distant," Josie said, grabbing her hand.

"I'm fine. Just a lot on my mind. What was your question," Hope asked.

"Have you heard from Marcel," Josie repeated.

"I haven't been able to check my phone. I've been busy lately," Hope said.

"Sorry for interrupting," Josie said, kissing her on the cheek, "I'm gonna take a quick shower and check in with my mom. I'll see you later?"

"Of course," Hope smiled, hooking her pinky with hers.

She slowly let her slip away. Hope shook away her uneasy feelings. What the hell was a Stiles anyway?
