chapter 6: kabutos newest reports.

After team 7 returned to the village from their mission to wave country the Hokage congratulated them on a job well done. But little did the elderly Hokage know that there was a spy hidden in the grass and he had found some quite valuable information.

The spy was none other than kabuto yakushi, and currently he was reporting in to his master Orochimaru of the sannin who had taken less interest in Sasuke Uchiha and more interest in Naruto or more specifically, his research.

Kabuto now knelt before Orochimaru who was in his lab researching his latest development of the curse seal he had developed.

Kabuto then said.

"Lord Orochimaru. I have news you should be interested to hear about Naruto Uzumaki and his research."

And Orochimaru said.

"And what makes this information different from any of the other Intel you have brought me so far kabuto???."

And kabuto with a smirk said.

"Naruto Uzumaki. Has begun to potentially be able to reproduce and isolate what triggers bloodline limits.

The hashirama cells arm you gave Danzo Shimura, he took skin samples and isolated the parts of the tissue that contained the cells and chakra of the first hokage's bloodline limit.

He later tested it on his own God mother and your former teammate Tsunade.
Her Senju and uzumaki lineage allowed the cells to flawlessly adapt to the cells.

She's now able to use her grandfather hashirama Senju's wood release.
He has also collected a blood sample of the Last member of the Yuki clan and is now working to reproduce the ice release. He's also experimented on himself removing his father Minato Namikaze's genetic code partially and making himself more Uzumaki now.

He has also spliced a blood sample of the Uchiha clan from the massacre and recreated what I could only assume to be a natural pair of rinnegan eyes.

Several other bloodline abilities such as magnet release boil release and lava release have all be recreated from genetic splicing as well.

Without a doubt this research of his would make konoha more powerful. The Hokage is unaware however that Naruto's doing this. Shall I steal the notes on his research for you my lord??."

And Orochimaru said.

"No kabuto. The original notes and any copies of it don't exist. Because Naruto has done what I foolishly failed to do.
Destroy any and all evidence of them.

The only way to obtain the information of how to properly extract a bloodline from a genetic sample is to enter his mind. Something only a sharingan user like Itachi Uchiha or a yamanaka clan member may do to obtain information."

And kabuto said.

"I could torture the information out of him my lord. But as a jinchuriki..."

Orochimaru then said.

"Ah yes that is true. As a jinchuriki he would undoubtedly have the ability to rapidly heal from any physical damage.
But psychological damage would not be advisable either kabuto.

Trespassing into the mind of a jinchuriki is dangerous. The tailed beast will simply force you right back out to protect its hosts subconscious from being invaded. Emotions lead to temptation given the right motivation.

However. An Uzumaki jinchuriki is especially dangerous to invade the mind of. Not knowing the type of seal used or tailed beast they contain isn't good.

But more than likely he is the jinchuriki of the nine-tails. We must wait. The chunin exams are approaching soon.
