Aera's pov
I sneakily went up behind jake and entered the hideout before he closed the door . Before anyone could notice me i quickly hid behind a wall eaves dropping on their conversation.
"What!? He ran away?"
"Yes, yeonjun ran away...."
"Someone broke in...."
" we have to find him , aera is in danger again , someone seems to have a grudge against her and wont leave her till shes dead thats confirmed and yeonjun shows up out of no where working with that filthy murderer "
"This time we will play by our rules..."
I stand there numb hearing each and every word of their conversation. So the person who tried to kill was yeonjun , the guy back from highschool....
What does he mean im in danger again? He lied to me and kept hiding that he turned the guy in. Why? What the hell is going in? What does yeonjun want from me? Is he working with someone? Why is he after me? Or is he after the others too?why now after all these years?
My minds a wreck with load's of questions and doubts.
I have to confront jake....
Why would he hide it from me?
Jakes pov.
I feel like the ground slipping beneath my feet , she's standing right in front of me.... She heard everything.

"So this was going on all along behind my back" she asks as tears pool in her eyes and her voice cracking with each word.
"Aera i-" "SHUT THE F*** UP SIM JAEYUN!" she yells loud causing everyone standing in the room to flinch at how loud her voice is. "How long were you planning it to hide it from me? For what reason!? Just because I'll get scared and run away crying that you kept him locked up instead of turning him in!? Oh i would be but you know what makes me more mad you lying to me since ages, the secret basement i never knew of ...,
and what game of your rules? , your and yeonjun's rivalry never ending i thought it was just petty hatred, him working with the killer and you going after him with not letting me know!?"
She speaks with gritted teeth , staring at me with a burning gaze as her anger rises.
I am at loss for words , she's right everything she said is right but just not in the way she thinks ..... i have no intention of making her feel so little....
"Aera listen to me please" i try to hold her arm gently but she yanks my hand away and grabs me by the collar .
"Listen what jake ? That all this time you were taking me for granted when I trusted you more than myself" she speaks in a low yet angry voice. Her eyes filled with agony , i can see the betrayal she feels , tears pooling in her eyes yet she doesnt let them fall , she's remembering the time that even with her friends she was left all alone and we.....
We did that to her again .....
