20. She's fine but is she okay?

Sunghoon's pov

I walk and back and forth in the living room , while jay's on the phone contacting the police if they can start the investigation. Sunoo and heeseung sit anxiously on the couch after searching the almost all the nearest streets near the intersection with me. Jungwon's going around the apartment asking neighbors and janitors if they have seen aera coming back or near the complex hoping she had made her way back.

Yeji came to our house an hour ago , she said she contacted a few of the plaza owners on the street since she has worked with a few before , a business women , but they said they havent seen anyone.

"Sunghoon, calm down , aera would be fine , stressing out like this wont bring her back you know we are already contacting the police" heeseung tries to talk to me and pats my shoulder but i push his hand away.

"How hyung , how can you be so sure that she is fine? Huh!? I saw her by my own two eyes being dragged away and chased my 20 men with freaking loads of GUNS!" i yell this time , anger rising within me with anxiety creeping into my mind.

My mind has been a mess , a wreck , the train of thoughts never stopping of where she is or is she even safe.

But i can see the rage in heeseungs eyes now . "Park Sunghoon , lower your voice" he warns me but i dont listen. " HOW THE F*** DO I CALM DOWN ITS BEEN 5 HOURS SINCE SHE'S BEEN MISSING AND YOU TELL ME TO CALM DOWN , WHAT IF SHE'S HURT SHE CARRIES A FREAKING TRAUMA WIT-"

"PARK SUNGHOON SHUT UP!" heeseung shouts at me this time. He grabs me by the collar , boring holes into me with his fierce eyes.

"Do you f**king think you are the only worrying about her huh!?" His hold tightens . Yeji runs towards us trying to pull heeseung away.

"Heeseung calm down , lets settle this all later" yeji tries to pull his arm but heeseung doesnt budge. " choi aera is my responsibility as well , she has always seen me as her big brother and you think , that i could let her get hurt , the person whom i consider as my sister , the one that grew up beside me , no way park Sunghoon will that ever happen"

He lets go off my collar and yeji pulls him further away. "I've lost my little brother already , i cant lose her too and not only you everyone's in a state of worry and pain" he speaks as his voice cracks . I see a tear escape his eye.

The heeseung i know hardly cries .

The tears in his eyes prove how much he cares for aera. The tears drip down one by one , his state of anxiety now exposed to all of us. "Shhhhh , she'll be fine" yeji hugs him and heeseung buries his face in her shoulder seeking a shoulder to cry on.

"She will be fine Sunghoon, control yourself" jay pats my shoulder passing me a smile and i watch sunoo nod in agreement as well . Was i really over reacting? Guilt crawls up my body and i look at my feet.

"Im sorry" and suddenly jungwon gives me a hug patting my back. "It's ok hyung , its not your fault" he gives me a small smile making me sigh and nod my head.

"I asked everyone in the building but no one saw her even walk past the building" jungwon rubs his temples , exhausted from searching for hours now.

"Thank you bro , but you should rest now , not only you all of you , everyone of you looks so exhausted, we'll look for her tomorrow too , and Sunghoon i've talked with the police , i managed to convince them to investigate since she's related to the mob case"

Jay says to me and pats jungwon on his back . "Come , eat something as well , you all havent eaten anything" he says walking towards the kitchen.

The clouds roar and the rain pours heavily. Another sigh and my head hangs low , i dont have an appetite , has she eaten?. I brush my hair out of my face and I attempt to walk to the kitchen but the i hear the door unlock and someone stepping in.
