Chapter 1

Wandee's pov

"Your husband may have erectile dysfunction," I told the patient's spouse. I almost yelled when they hit the table.

"Wtf!! What are you trying to say, doc? Erec—what again?"

"erectile dysfunction."

"Oh, I see..."

"Mrs, please listen first... we have observed that your husband has limited blood flow in the penis or damaged nerves. This may be rooted in stress or emotional reasons. Smoking or alcohol consumption can also contribute."

"My husband's...uh, his penis...huhuh doc! Save him please! Whatever it takes, name it!"

"Don't worry, Mrs. Erectile dysfunction is treatable. I'll recommend giving him pomegranate juice twice a day, avoiding vices, and exercising," I said with a smile. I accompanied the patient's husband outside. Suddenly, they just started making out right in front of me. Hays. Another day.

I sipped my coffee and fixed the curtains before sitting on the swivel chair. From here, I could see the other building of the campus where my face was on a tarpaulin. It's so big, it's like a billboard in Magallanes station. I'm Wandee, a 29-year-old intern soon to be a full-fledged urologist here at the hospital. I'm a cool person and dubbed as the nation's sweetheart. With my looks, 5'2 height, and fair skin, and a toned body, wouldn't I become famous? I mean, with my looks. When I stood up, that's when I felt the pain in my butt from sitting. It's like my butt is sore like hell.

One day ago

'' I'm sorry dee. I like you as a friend...nothing else. '' wika ni luke na kapwa kong surgeon sa ospital, gwapo naman ito at hunk, chinito vibes.

Binalik niya ang binigay kong singsing sa aking kamay. Napatingin ako dito at unti-unting nalalabo ang mga mata. Ba't ako naiiyak. Gusto ko lang naman na may magmahal sakin pero bakit ang hirap? This is not new to me because I was rejected...twice.

Pinagmasdan ko si luke bago tuluyang umalis sakay ng kotse. Hays, ang tanga mo talaga dee. Sinabi na nga na wala siyang gusto sayo. Amfee mo kasi te.' wika ko sa sarili. It's been 10;30 pm at heto ako, mag isa.

'' umulan kana..nahiya kapa lord.. '' wika ko habang naglalakad at ayun. Biglang buhos ng ulan. May payong naman ako sa aking bag pero naisip ko na wag na ilabas. Ang sakit. Nawalan ako ng chance kay luke at Pagkaka-ibigan naming ay naglaho na parang bula.

'' shat puno! Tara bata shat tayo! Shat shat! '' sigaw sakin ng nadaan ko na lola. Lalapitan ko sana ng may makita akong parang powder at lighter sa upuan niya. Shet!
