"Sabi na eh."

"Just making sure though."

I looked at them in disbelief. I thought they would be more surprised knowing that though. Even though I'm not good at talking my feelings out I have no problem telling people what I really am.

"Akala ko magugulat kayo," nahihiya kong sabi.

"I'm actually more surprised you have a lover," Chester answered with a smirk on his face.

"Yeah, and we kinda, you know, suspected." Yumi giggles.

Nagawi ang tingin namin kay Alexa dahil hindi na siya nagsasalita. She's pouting and her eyebrows are close to each other.

"Uy, Alexa." siko ko sa kaniya but she shrugged me off. Napatingin na lamang ako kila Yumi at Chester at pati sila ay nagkibit balikat na parang wala ding ideya.

She glared at me after that and I was taken a back. What did I do?

"Magkasama tayo sa room tapos hindi ko man lang nalaman? and much worse sa ating tatlo ako lang ang SINGLE?!" She rant emphasizing the very last word.

Oh. So Chester and Yumi are both in a relationship. Napatingin ako sa kanila and they both smiled and nodded.

"I have a girlfriend," Chester proudly said.

"I have a girlfriend, too." Yumi sheepishly said. Raising her brow to Chester as if proudly saying it too.

Them sharing all of that to me makes my heart flutter in wholesomeness. I feel so relaxed and comfortable despite what I was going through. But not until we heard Alexa whining.

"WAAAAHHHH you all are unfair, how can you do this to meeeeeee!" Alexa whined while stamping his feet on the sand.

Yumi, Chester and I can't now suppress our laughter. The situation is, Yumi's patting Alexa's shoulder to comfort her and Chester's laughing to tease Alexa more so she started hitting him na lalo lang nakapagpatawa sa kanya. I'm watching them with wide smile on my face. Having this conversation ease my mind, for a moment.

I hugged Alexa while gently soothing her back to calm her down dahil ang ibang atensyon ng mga A'tin ay napupunta sa rin sa amin. Si Alexa talaga kahit kailangan agaw atensyon. "Don't worry, hindi ka nag-iisa kasi wala na kami."

I said in the most casual way that I was shocked Alexa suddenly stopped crying and Chester stopped laughing instantly.

"Wait. You..You broke up?" Yumi asked hesitantly.

Oh. I slipped. Well, may balak na rin naman akong sabihin sa kanila but not in this way.

Parang biglang nagbago ang ihip ng hangin. I shouldn't have mentioned that! I'm so dumb. We're having fun and now I've ruined it. When I was just trying to comfort her.

I bite my lower lip and nodded. "Yeah, last night..." I said while smiling warily. Not sure if it's right telling them it just happened last night.

I want to take it back but all I can do now is to tell them the truth.

Silence enveloped us for a moment until I felt Alexa's hands wrapped around my shoulder and hug me. Seems like the tables have turned. Kanina lang siya 'yung kinocomfort ko ngayon ako na. I even flinch a little in surprised. "Don't smile like that."

"Sorry, Justin..." Yumi apologized and scooted over to hug me too.

Sumama na rin sa pagyakap si Chester na kumubli sa aming lahat.
