I blush in embarrassment when I think about what happened three days ago. That was one of the worst seizure's I've ever had and to think Valencia saw that made me cringe.

That day Valencia was so worried about me that she took me to McDonald's for food and made sure that I got my medicine at the pharmacy and then she dropped me off.

Luckily not a lot of people saw me having a seizure in the school parking lot and that made me feel a little bit better.

I was getting dressed for school and getting ready since I'm a little late. I dressed in my baggy brown jeans with my olive green sweatshirt. I put my shoes on and grabbed my backpack and phone. Making sure I got everything I went downstairs and saw my father passed out on the couch.

I shook my head at him and quietly made my way out of the house. Valencia was already waiting for me and I was glad my father was asleep so he couldn't see her.

I climbed into the passenger seat and buckled my seatbelt.

"Morning." I said shyly and she let out an amusing laugh.

"Don't tell me that you're still embarrassed about what happened." I blush and looked down at my lap.

"It was embarrassing." I mumble and I heard her sigh.

"Ezra, there's nothing to be embarrassed about, you can't help it." She said softly and I nod.

"So, I stopped at Starbucks and McDonald's got you some coffee and a burger." She handed me a cup and a McDonald's bag and I just stare at her.

"What?" She asked when she saw I just looked at her.

"Why?" She let out a shy smile.

"Well I'm just spoiling you a little." I snort and she slapped my arm playfully.

"If you say so." I know Valencia is trying to feed me because I think she realised that I don't eat breakfast in the morning and she's trying to prevent me from fainting.

"Thank you." I said softly and she nods.

After driving to school she parked the car and we got out.

"Do we really have to do the double date thing?" She rolled her eyes.

"I don't want to do it either, but we have to." I sighed and nod.

"I'll see you later." She kissed my cheek softly and walked away.

I let out a breath and scratched my neck. Today I feel a lot better than the last few days. I think all the stress from my father was just too much for and that caused the seizure.

I opened my locker and grabbed my books and shut it. I turn around and jump back when I saw Leah stand there.

"Fuck, you scared me." I rubbed my chest and she let out a little laugh.

"Sorry, just came to check on you." She said softly as she wrapped her arm around mine.

"I'm feeling a lot better today." She nods softly. "That's good to hear, it gets quite lonely here without you." She pouts and I rolled my eyes playfully at her.

"Then it's a good thing that I'm back," She snorts and shook her head.

"The only negative thing is to have to sit at the popular table." She grumbles and I groan.

"I know and I'm sorry, but don't worry about that, one of these days it's going to be over." She gave me a bored look and shook her head.

"I don't know about that, but whatever you say." I pinched her arm playfully and she yelped.

"Let's get to class you dork."

"Okay so we'll meet each other at Jonny's arcade at seven and we'll go from there." Bella explained to me and Valencia and all I want to do is bash my head against a brick wall.

I'm not excited about this at all. I don't want to go but I have to for Valencia's sake. This double date could end up in a disaster.

"We'll meet you guys there." Valencia responded to her but I can hear in her tone that she's a bit annoyed.

"Great! So Ezra I heard what happened to you in the parking lot." I choked on my water and Valencia patted my back.

"Be careful, baby." She said with an amusing smile.

"S-Sorry, went down the wrong pipe." I croaked out and cleared my throat.

"Yeah, but I'm fine now." I said awkwardly to Bella and she nods at me half mockingly.

What the fuck is her problem?

"I'm glad to hear, so many things can happen in seconds." She said sickly sweet that I can tell from miles away it's fake, I mentally rolled my eyes.

How can Valencia be in love with this bitch?!
