What Lies Ahead Part 3, Chapter 28
At the Quartermaine mansion-Skye was drinking some water when Kim entered after seeing Faith. "Skye, can we talk?" Kim asked, not really ready to call Skye's mother yet. "Yes, what is it?" Skye responded as Kim poured herself some water and took a sip. "I just saw Faith. She wouldn't tell me what Jerry has planned next, but she told me something interesting about both your pasts." "What is it?" "That you knew each other before you both came to Port Charles." "I don't remember. Could you block it? Like you blocked me?" "Yes, I could. Kim, I want you to know I never blame you for the rape." "I know. I understand why you gave me up. I thought Faith loved me, but it was all for revenge." "I'm sorry." "I did have everything money could buy." "We probably had the same childhood," Skye said. "Probably," Kim agreed as Gabriella entered with some boxes. "Gabriella, why do you have all those packages? Is that why it took you so long at your father's?" "Yes, I ordered some new clothes, and Daddy freaked out about one of the tops." "Like he's quick to judge," Skye commented. "Your father just loves you." "Yes, I know." "Why don't you put them in your room?" Skye asked. Gabriella went upstairs.
Lorenzo-Lorenzo was having a drink when Tea entered. "Tea, why are you here?" he asked. "I want to catch up on my brother," Tea replied. She sat down, nearly sitting on Ava's bra, and picked it up. "Who's bra?" Tea asked. "It's nothing," Lorenzo said quickly. "It's Ava," Tea said. "You and Ava Jerome?" "Yes, we just had sex by the fireplace," Lorenzo admitted, "and Gabriella walked in." "No," Tea responded. "Yes," Lorenzo confirmed. "Gabriella is upset, but she comes around—she always does."
"Gabriella adores you," Tea acknowledged. "I know."
"Why are you and Ava sleeping together?" Tea inquired. "All you need to know is that it's time for our family to be back on top," Lorenzo answered. "You're not out of the mob, are you?" Tea asked as she stood up. "Tea, I can't leave—no one leaves the mob," Lorenzo explained. "Is my son still in it?" Tea asked. "Yes," Lorenzo confirmed.
At the Quartermaine—Skye went into Althea's room and searched through her belongings as Tracy entered. "Skye, what's going on?" Tracy asked. "Kim made a shocking revelation from Faith—that I knew her in my childhood, but I don't remember her." "Are you sure about this?" "Yes, I have to know the truth about my past. Maybe I'll see Dr. Collins." "Let's look at what belongs to Althea." "Thanks." "You're welcome. I know you want to deal with this, but you're not alone. Don't feel alone anymore," Skye said, smiling at Tracy.
