What Lies Ahead Part 3 ch 14
At General Hospital—Maxie and Felicia were in the hallway when Mac and Anna came by. "What's going on?" Bailey stopped breathing. "I can't lose her. I love my daughter no matter what I think about her father." "We know that," Felicia said as Brooklyn came over. "Maxie, I heard about your children. Can I do anything?" Bailey stopped breathing again. "Portia is with her," Brooklyn added. "No, I'm sorry," Brooklyn said. "I know you love my daughter; you took care of her when I couldn't. I don't regret keeping her safe. I wish I could," Maxie replied. "You did. This isn't your fault," Brooklyn reassured her.

Wiley's room—Lucas was examining Wiley, who was feeling hot and had stopped breathing. He ran into the hallway and saw Elizabeth. "Elizabeth, I need you. Wiley's not breathing!" Elizabeth said, "No," as she grabbed an oxygen tank and rushed into the room, helping Lucas with Wiley, as Willow came in. "What's going on with my son?" Willow asked. "We need to work on him," Elizabeth said. Willow went into the hallway as Carly approached. "Willow, what's going on?" Carly asked. "I don't know. Elizabeth and Lucas are giving Wiley oxygen. How is Donna?" Willow responded, "She's on a ventilator, and everyone thinks I'm crazy." "No, you just want your daughter to be saved," Carly said. "Yes, and my grandchild and the rest of the children," Willow nodded. Lucas and Elizabeth returned; Carly looked at her brother and sensed what had happened. "No!" Carly yelled. "No," Willow said. "I did everything I could. You know I love Wiley. But he lost so much oxygen, and there wasn't anything we could do." "No!" Willow shouted. "I'm sorry," Lucas said. "I'm sorry," Elizabeth added. "We know you both did everything," Willow said. "Yes, we did," Lucas confirmed.

Bailey/James/Georgie's room—Portia was working on Bailey, but it was too late. She went into the hallway and looked at Maxie, who was with her parents and Anna and Brooklyn. "No! My daughter!" Maxie yelled. "I'm sorry. We did everything we could," Portia said. Maxie went into the room as Robin and Tommy arrived, carrying a cart with a basket on it. "We have the antidote," Tommy announced. "What's going on?" Robin asked. "We lost Bailey," Anna replied. "No!" Robin exclaimed. Lucas then approached: "We lost Wiley." "No," Robin said. "So, the only children left are Avery, Amelia, James, and Georgia," Robin added. "This is so sad. I want to go home and save the children," Tommy expressed. "We did everything we could, but this is hard—especially when we can't save anyone," Lucas admitted. "Especially children," Robin agreed.

Bailey/James/Georgie's room—Maxie entered her children's room, pulled back the curtain dividing the room, and looked at Bailey, who was gone. "Oh, Bailey, I love you so much. You're with your Aunt Georgie now. She will take care of you," Maxie whispered as Felicia entered. "Oh, baby, I wish I could take away your pain and save your daughter," Felicia said. "Me too," Maxie replied.
