At the Quartermaine mansion-Skye and Gabriella were in the living room talking. "Gabriella, what's going on?" "The store is in financial trouble. I'm overwhelmed with the paperwork of running the store. I know all about fashion, but when it comes to the bills, etc.," Gabriella replied. "Why didn't you say anything? I could help you," Skye said. "Mother, you're a smart businesswoman, and it's hard to walk in your shadow. I want to do it on my own without any help, and I think I made it worse. I'm a loser," Gabriella said as AJ came in. "Gabriella, don't ever call yourself a loser," AJ said. "Uncle AJ, you're my uncle, right? Just because the store is in trouble doesn't mean you're a loser. Now let's go over your paperwork, and we'll fix this." "Mother, I need to fix this myself," Gabriella insisted. "Why don't I just help you get organized? I've been thinking about your future and your sister," Skye said as Lila Rae came in. "Mother, what's going on?" Lila Rae asked. "Your father is back in the business, and I want to keep you both safe. So from now on, you both will live here, and your last name will change to Quartermaine," Skye explained. "Mother, you can't erase Daddy. He's our father, and I love him," Gabriella protested. "Me too. You can't stop us from seeing him," Lila Rae added. "Please, I have to keep you both safe; this town has lost so much," Skye pleaded. "What about my trust fund? I just received it," Lila Rae said. "I set up a trust fund for you both, and I'll tell your father about this," Skye reassured. "My belongings are with Daddy," Gabriella said. "We will get them," Skye promised. "Alright, if you want us to do this, we will," Gabriella agreed. "I know it won't be easy," Skye acknowledged as Tracy, Monica, Ned, and Brooklyn arrived. "What's going on?" Ned asked. "I have a confession to make. I just told my mother the store is in financial trouble. I failed each of you," Gabriella admitted. "Gabriella, you didn't fail us," AJ said. "No, it's going to be alright. We will set up an account for all your bills to be paid," Skye assured. "I owe Charlotte a lot of money for working," Gabriella added. "We will figure it out. Thanks," she concluded.
