At General Hospital—Anna, Robert, and Mac entered as Emma walked by. "I'm glad you're all here. We just found out that somebody tampered with IVs here and placed medication that could cause heart problems," Emma said. "No, do you know who has access to the medical room?" "All of us, but we have to sign out who takes any medication and who puts it away," Emma replied.
In Monica's room-Monica was still unconscious as Elizabeth, Sarah, and Steve tried to save her. "Monica, you have to make it. My children need their grandmother," Elizabeth said, as Steve performed CPR to stabilize Monica. "Elizabeth," Monica murmured. "Monica, you're in the hospital. The paramedics found you passed out in the parking lot. Do you remember anything?" "I wasn't feeling good, so I took my heart medication. That's all I remember," Monica said. "Is it in your purse?" "Yes," Monica replied. Elizabeth took Monica's purse, opened it, and handed it to Elizabeth. "We'll test this to make sure you're okay." "Thanks for saving me," Monica said. "You just rest, Dr. Quartermaine," Sarah added as they left.
"Elizabeth, do you think someone's tampering with the medication too?" "Yes, I do," Elizabeth said, just as Robin arrived. "How is Dr. Quartermaine?" Robin asked. "She is stable for now. Can you run a lab on her medication?" Elizabeth responded. "You think someone's messing with the medication too?" Robin asked. "Yes, I also have a feeling this was Jerry's plan to hurt everyone in town," Elizabeth said. "How would he get into the hospital?" Sara inquired. "Someone helped him," Elizabeth said. "Kim, Faith, adopted daughter." "Yes," Elizabeth confirmed.
Gabriella was in the hallway listening to their conversation. She was upset but decided to keep quiet for now.
