Huntlow Chapter 9

The shoulder burns went smaller, and the shirt fell off from the burn, but now Willow had a burn on her shoulder, the healers thought that it was a nice sentiment, but a little stupid, since a burn that bad spread between two people would make two easier to heal burns, but not too much easier, this just made more work for them. Willow went into the bathroom with one of the healers, she still had dignity after all of that. Her burn was healed pretty easily, and because it was an emergency, it was free of cost, but Hunter still paid them some snails as a thank you.

"Willow, that was amazing of you, but please, never do that again, it was horrible to watch you suffer my pain." "Hun, I know, but if you didn't like watching me suffer, then watching you suffer worse pain than you saw on me made me feel terrible, esepecially with all you've had to go through." "Willow.. You're amazing, you're beautiful and now you've proven how selfless you are, is there anything my girlfriend isn't?" Willow saw the look in Hunters eyes as he said it, and she knew that he meant it.

She leaned over to him and gave him a deep kiss. "Thank you Hun." That night, everyone in the main group stayed at the house for the night, and they all decided to watch a movie and stay up late. They decided to watch Nimona, it was a good movie and not a very old movie. Hunter and Willow sat on the sofa under some blankets, in warm pajamas, cuddling, Luz and Amity were on the floor, cuddling, but Luz was in her otter onezie, and Amity was in a matching cat one. Gus was basically a blanket monster, they weren't completely sure if he was awake or not.

When the movie ended, they got the Gus blanket monster and put it on a bed, but this took a lot effort, the four of them all had to heave it up, and also wondered just how many blankets they really had. By the time they had gotten the blanket monster onto a bed, Luz was extremely exhausted by this point and had flopped on her and Amity's bed and fallen asleep. Amity closed the door with a goodnight and awkward smile. Hunter and Willow were left alone in the main room, Hunter didn't stay too much in the Human Realm, so he didn't really have a dedicated room, but Willow did, and she invited him to stay in it with her, it wasn't like they hadn't stayed in the same bed before. Hunter accepted, because otherwise he would have to ether find a camp bed or pull out the sofa bed and set it, or even go to the Demon Realm, but he dubbed it all not an option, because he was exhausted and recovering. So he followed Willow into her room and stayed there for the night.
