Chapter 8- Take me home

I woke up and immediately heard yelling coming from downstairs I got up and realized someone had placed me in my bed

My mother was pacing around the room grabbing my clothes and stuffing them into a massive black duffle bag

"Mom, what are you doing" I questioned 

"I don't have time to explain grab everything that you own and put it in this backpack" She was holding a large black one,

"and put all your clothes in the duffle bag"

Then she left the room, slamming the door behind me 

"Mom whats going on" I yell but she was gone

Not wasting anymore time I began packing I grabbed all my clothes, I didn't have many so they all fit in my duffle bag, I left my school clothes because I don't need them

Then I grabbed a small makeup bag and packed all my skin care, toothbrush and toothpaste and all my other bits and bobs that I needed. Then when I had finished I grabbed some books and put them in the duffle bag until the bag was full

Then I started grabbing little trinkets that meant a lot to me like the one thing I had left from my dad, it was the prettiest snow globe I had ever seen

 it had a gold stand with leaves and stems curled over the side and top of the globe and there was even a inscription on front 

Carved into the bottom of the globe there was a sentence "So you can always find home" Whenever I felt upset or panicked I traced those words and I immediately feel calm and safe..

The thing that I loved the most was a mansion like home in a miniature size, It was the prettiest house I had ever seen there was even a small glow of light in the house in certain windows, 

you could tell this was a custom made snow globe that must have taken months to create and so much money would have been paid for this.

I grabbed some clothes left on the floor that I missed and wrapped it carefully and then grabbed tape and made sure it was secure before placing it gently placing the globe in the bag

Then I went into the bathroom and opened my mirror, no one knew this mirror could open but me, this was where my globe was also put before, there was a couple more special objects I couldn't leave one was a teddy

The golden like fur was the softest fabric I had ever felt, the teddy had golden eyes with little specks in the eyes that I used to pretend was gold when I was younger

I don't know who gave me the teddy all I know it that I had always had it, the teddy came with a necklace as well which was also golden which matched his eyes, it had a seal on it which was a snake wrapped around a dagger, the symbol was really small though so you had to squint to see it.

There was also one other thing on this teddy that I had found which was The word Enzo stitched tightly in black under the bears ear inside a black love heart, I have no idea who Enzo is but it was on my bear

I tried getting mom to tell me but she just went pale when I asked if she knows someone called Enzo and told me that if I say or even think that word in her house again she was going to get Simon to beat me until I forgot it 

So I obviously gave up trying, I also had a picture and a locket in the mirror

 the locket had two angel wings that you had to press in a certain position to open, the same symbol imprinted on the back which was a snake and a dagger along with a photo inside, 

I pressed the locket and it fell open in my hand, there was 9 people looking at me and smiling, one was a woman who looked kind of like my mom but younger, prettier and happy, there were 6 boys all smiling and happy and in the oldest boys arms was a little baby girl,
