Chapter 24- Hidden Secrets

I carry a sleeping Talia into her room before joining the rest of my brothers in my office,

I can already hear all of them arguing and yelling

"Something is wrong with her" Rocco yelled and I could hear someone banging on my desk

"You are in no place to talk about her like that, your the reason she ran away" Xavier hissed

I slam open my office door and walk in, instantly the yelling stops

"All of you stop yelling, Talia is sleeping" I snap

"Rocco I want to know what happened" I say my voice dangerously calm

I kicked all of the idiots out of my office fuming, I was going to kill Rocco, if he wasn't my brother I would of put a bullet straight through his head by now

How could he treat his younger sister like that, even after knowing she was injured

Good thing I wasn't going to wait any longer I wanted to know the truth about what happened to Talia and I was going to find out soon

I had already gotten a background check on her and the results came back yesterday, I could tell she wasn't in a healthy environment but their was nothing that explained the reaction she had or why she was so afraid of someone named Tom?

I was hoping there was not a lot of physical abuse and just verbal because it would break me

But maybe I was overreacting and she just had a fear of motorbikes which triggered something?

Talia's POV: 

I can feel something furry near me and it makes me sneeze, I sit up and see Sadie

I gasp and hug her tightly, earning a purr 

I get up and leave my warm bed, I wash my face and put a large amount of concealer on my eye to reduce the redness, I looked like I had never been punched in the face

Then I check my right rib, like I suspected it was bruising badly, I had just been getting better and fucking Daniel had to ruin that by punching and kicking me

I reach over to put the bracelet Cam made me on the bedside table when I hear a vibration from my pocket

I grab the object realizing its my phone, I check the message and my face falls

Daniel and Talia's messages: 

Unknown number:  Don't forget about our deal.

Talia: Daniel please don't do this

Unknown number: Did you forget what I told you already, do I need to come over and remind you 

Talia: Why are you doing this, I thought you never wanted to see me again? 

Unknown number: I changed my mind.

Talia: Your sick, and I am going to tell Lorenzo, you can't use me like this

I walk up to the third floor where Lorenzo's office is and raise my hand when I hear a buzz and check my phone

Unknown number: Knock on that door, I dare you and see what happens Talia, I promise you won't like it

Talia: How do you know what I am doing
