Fear
I'm afraid
Afraid to feel
My feelings don't hurt anyone
But I'm afraid to feel
Afraid to share
All that I have left
Are my words
My thoughts
Bleeding in the ink
In a language my peers cannot speak
People have no idea
That I feel daggers in my heart
Every. Single. Day
And don't say a word
Blood dripping from my heart
And staining a piece of paper
I bleed and I heal
And no one knows
Because I'm too afraid
To feel
