I never identify with the heroes
Because their goal is to save the world
They're selfless
And I am not
I identify with the villain
I would never save the world
I would never sacrifice myself
Or my loved ones
To save the world
No
I'd rather burn the world to flames
To save myself
And my loved ones
Yeah, I'm selfish
Who cares?
The world will throw me to flames
For the most egotistical reasons
So I shall do the same
Because in this universe
We are all the same
You're not a hero because you care for the others
You think I don't see through your hypocritical facade?
At least I don't hide my monsters
To pretend to be someone I'm not
Open your eyes
Look at the mirror
And confess the darkness of your soul
Then maybe you can somehow find the light
Because I can admit my own darkness
I'm tired to pretend
You should be too
Not because it's the best for you
But because you're pathetic
Ridiculous
A liar
And if I saw through you
Don't doubt it
Others saw it too
