DANTE'S POV

HE was glaring at me through the rearview mirror and I clenched my hand tighter around the steering wheel

Why do I have to act like his chauffeur

He initially and still refused to let me go with him to find his cousin. I could do this myself whether he wanted me involved or not but Ambra asked us to do this together so I'd keep calm first

"If only you had acted this half protective, then my cousin wouldn't have been in God knows where with that scumbag who might be doing heaven knows what with her!" Jayden snarled

Thinking of that Ethan bastard hurting her brings nothing but guilt. The urge to kill that psychopath when I find him was so intense

I growled and ignored Jayden because if I speak, I'd only end up telling him to get the fuck out of my car. I drove as fast as I could just so we could get there fast and also have him out of my space.

We arrived there in no time and I saw her rushing to her car but Jayden got out to confront her before she could enter

"I can see you're going somewhere" Jayden grabbed her arm and smirked "Why don't you take us with you? I'm sure I'll love to go wherever you're going to"

I walked to them and looked at her

"What the fuck is wrong with you? Get your hands off me" she squealed in annoyance and fear

"Why do I feel like you know why we're here, Melody?" Jayden taunted her

"I-I-I-don't know what you're talking about" she stuttered

"Stop wasting our fucking time and tell us what we need to hear!" I shouted in irritation. I was growing tired of their little games. She looked at us in hesitation and made a move to ran but Jayden held her hair to halt her

"If you're here about Enzo then just know that I didn't sleep with him okay? And I'm not pregnant. I only drugged him and his dick wouldn't even get hard so nothing happened that night"

"That seems like an interesting story you've got there. But I don't want to hear that today so why don't you tell me where my cousin is?"

"I-I don't know anyt..."

"Fucking stop lying!" I slammed my hand on her car's roof. It had been five months and Carina was still with them. I didn't know how bad he was treating her and any minute we spent standing here, without getting any information was driving me insane

"You took that video when Ambra and Kenz were kidnapped so stop giving us bullshit" Jayden said and her eyes widened

That—that was why we made the video but I didn't know they had other plans" she stopped but when I glared at her she started speaking again "Before their first kidnap, I was told to test a drug on anyone and I chose Enzo..." she looked at Jayden and continued

After I tested and proved that it works, we kidnapped Kenzie and Ambra and after everything, injected her with the drug" she flinched when Jayden hit her car
