Despite wanting the journey back home to be faster, instead of using a portal, he decided to fly back with his brother, showing his wings, the only difference from Lucifer's being their red color, as opposed to blue. The two flew over the entirety of the seventh ring, enjoying a grand view of everything. The only thing on Michael's mind was all the slaughter and sinful acts being committed, and he couldn't believe that they were truly capable of redemption.
Michael: Shall we go to the embassy?
Lucifer: There's no embassy anymore, I destroyed it.
Michael: You destroyed it? Are you insane?
Lucifer: There won't be any more exterminations now that I've accepted you're here to watch over me, so there's no need for that place anymore.
Michael: You destroyed the Heaven Embassy? What would Lilith say if she saw what you did?
Lucifer: Lilith and I parted ways a long time ago, she left me.
Michael: Really? Wow, that's new.
Lucifer: Mmm.
As they approached his home, Lucifer felt his anger gradually dissipating with the thought of being home with his family. Meanwhile, Michael continued to observe the city, focusing on the Hazbin Hotel, knowing that it was the cause of everything that had happened in the last extermination. One thing that struck him as strange was that his brother showed no trace of sadness, he mentioned that Lilith had left him, and that was something he should have been upset about.
Michael: Tell me, how does it feel?
Lucifer: What do you mean?
Michael: Lilith was the reason you were cast out of Heaven. How does it feel that the very reason left you as if you were nothing? In other words, everything you did was in vain.
Lucifer only stopped as he tried to focus his anger on something other than killing him, he knew his brother was doing this to make him angry, as he had always been since they were in Heaven.
Lucifer: Tell me, do you really want this so badly?
Michael: What do you mean?
Lucifer: Going to war against me, do you want that so badly?
Michael: Why would you think that?
Lucifer: That would be the only reason you've been saying shit since you arrived. Do you still hate me?
Michael: Why would I hate you? Just look at how far you've fallen since you were one with Heaven. I couldn't even say that I hate you.
Lucifer: I doubt that. If you're doing this as a way to declare war on me or just because you want attention, then I suggest you don't. I've had enough these days.
Michael: True, you have your daughter. How's Charlie?
Lucifer: She's fine, as is Emily.
Michael: You took care of Emily? That makes sense, after all you both are...
In an instant, Lucifer had the tip of his staff pointing at Michael's neck.
Lucifer: Be careful with your words, Michael. You're not in your home, so don't think you have total freedom to do as you please.
Michael: Relax, I was just going to say that you both are quite curious. Wow, it seems like hell really has changed you.
Lucifer: Screw you.
In the end, the two arrived home. Michael noticed that this place was right where the embassy used to be.
Michael: Did you turn the Heaven Embassy into this? Into a house just for yourself?
