Winter huffed angrily, pulling away from Karina's grip with her heavy eyes piercing through the older's skin.

She stumbled against the wall of the private room Karina had dragged her to, her back pressing against the wall firmly.

"What do you think you're doing?" Winter asked with a lazy tone that anyone could tell was a drunk sentence.

Karina hovered over her, eyes wandering around Winter's state. She felt a type of sensation building in her.

"You want fun, don't you?" Karina leaned forward, her lips almost touching Winter's. "I'm going to give you what you want." Karina bit her lip, looking at Winter's soft puppy like eyes.

Winter stayed silent, her fierce aura slightly wearing off.

"Do you want this?"

The question made the drunk one think for the first time of all night, her eyes shifting down to look at the floor of the private room.

Karina tried her best to be patient. She tried to let Winter think, let her decide for herself. She tried to let the younger one look at the floor without getting upset. But for the first time she could hardly hold her impatience.

"Look at me and answer." Karina ordered.

Winter's eyes connected with Karina's once again. But the taller one's were more low and angry like. This made Winter's head tilt and furrow her eyebrows confusingly.

"Do you want this, Jeo." Karina repeated, her eye slightly twitching from the silence from Winter.

That's when she realized she should calm herself, her shoulders slightly relaxing, waiting for an answer to come out of Winter's mouth.

A small huff released from the brunette, looking straight into Karina's eyes with confidence, "yes."

Winter woke up with silence, nothing but quiet silence filled her ears as she opened her eyes to be greeted with darkness.

There had been a small light through curtains that she couldn't make out of they were hers or not.

She had a horrible headache, her body seeming too stiff for her liking. She tried to get better details of her surroundings, her eyes helplessly moving around the darkness. Usually her home would not be this quiet unless her roommate was out somewhere. But even then, she would hear some noises like from her fan that she could hardly sleep without.

'This won't do.' Winter thought finally, deciding to lift herself in a sitting up position.

But the problem was she couldn't.

Her body was hardly moveable. She tried her best to pull herself up but getting shocked by pain all over her body greeted her, landing her straight back in her laying on her back position.

She was slightly frustrated, deciding to lift up her arms and bring her hands close to her face.

'Am I in a lucid dream?' She asked herself with a sigh, noticing her hands had been oddly shaking a lot.

Winter snapped her fingers that didn't make aloud noise, just the sound of her skin rubbing against both of her fingers.

Seriously, just what had happened to her?

All she could recall was drinking a few shots at the club, talking with some male and— Karina? She had some weary memory moments with Karina.

She couldn't quite recall what happened in her memories, just loud screams filled her mind. Kind of like her own?

Winter didn't think much of it. Instead she focused on finding out where she was. With a small but focused sigh she was determined to sit up once more.

She used all her body strength that she had left in her, sitting up with a weak groan. Successfully she managed to sit up and press her back against a headboard. But her bed doesn't have a headboard? More like headbars.

The light that was once small was growing bigger, almost getting a clear view of her surroundings.

She could hardly focus, her whole body throbbed ever since she sat up. She had no idea why she felt so limped.

Winter decided to wait for the light, finding out that it was the sun, to approach more in the curtains.

As she waited she gazed around her outfit. She had comfy clothes on, getting a closer look at the slightly oversized shirt that had multiple green dinosaurs on it. Has she ever had a shirt like this?

The shirt was buttoned up and it seemed like the pants had the same matching detail with the shirt.

Just as she was observing her clothes she was interrupted by a door opening slowly, revealing a familiar figure. Winter squinted until she made out who was there; karin— "jeo? you're up so early?"

Karina spoke so calmly. Somehow Winter felt relieved to hear the older's voice, nodding as if Karina could really see her in the darkness.

Winter watched Karina approach her closer, making out a bowl in her hand. "Does your body hurt?" Karina asked, slightly in an worried tone.

"A bit." Winter looked up at Karina who was standing in front of her, holding a white glass bowl.

Without a word Karina turned her gaze away from Winter handing her the bowl like she had been shy.

Winter gladly took the bowl, a spoon in the bowl that was filled with soup. She had seen it a bit clearer since the sun rose, she had no idea what time it was.

"Thank you." Winter smiled softly as Karina pulled a rolling chair next to her on the bed, sitting slightly in front of her.

Winter still had so many questions, slowly dipping the spoon in the soup and entering it in her mouth.

"Rina?"

"Hm?" Karina immediately answered, her eyes looking into Winter's.

"Do you know why my body hurts?"

Karina looked at Winter silently, her pupils slightly growing wider as her doe-eyes stared at Winter.

There was a small gape in Karina's mouth, but closing it with a lip press.

"You don't remember?" Karina uttered, her tone cracking ever so slightly.

Winter blinked in confusion, looking at her soup because she couldn't look at Karina's wide-set eyes any longer. It made her feel guilty but she didn't know the reason.

She tried to remember but all that she could remember was loud screams and a blurry vision of handholding.

"My memories are blurry. I just hear screaming," winter responded like she had been crazy. Now that she mentions it, it feels a bit weird to hear screams that are oddly familiar.

"Screaming?" Karina spoke curiously, fiddling around with her hands, watching Winter take another sip from her soup. The raven haired tried to swallow her anxious feeling down, slowly zoning into her thoughts.

"Yes." Winter tilted her head, "though, they sound like mine?" Winter mentioned confusion, tapping her spoon on the bowl with an nose scrunch.

Karina went silent for a moment, noticing that Winter was avoiding eye contact. She observed her with an unexplainable feeling in her.

"You really don't know what happened?" Karina asked the same question but in different wording. But it was enough for Winter to try and figure out.

After a long silence there was no hope, shaking her head with a small sigh, "no." Winter gave up, slurping on the soup once more.

Karina slumped back in her chair, watching Winter eat the soup. She felt disappointed. She knew she shouldn't have expected Winter to know much from last night. She doesn't know if she should feel relieved or unhappy.

She surely didn't feel relieved.

Karina sighed to herself at her thought, 'Of course you don't.'
