Alarm rang at 5 am, Karina shutting it off right when she hears it go off.

The raven haired yawned, her black blinds were closed, the darkness only filling her vision.

She lets her arms stretch up in the air, her muscles loosening slowly. She had been used to waking up at 5 am. It helps her get ready for her day and it's refreshing since she doesn't have to worry being late. Her classes start around 7 so she had 2 hours before she headed off.

Karina stumbled out of her bed, making her way to the bathroom. Her hands touched around on her wall, finding her light switch and shutting it on.

The first thing she saw was herself in her mirror. She looked absolutely tired, she had small eye bags and her hair was slightly messy. She could hardly sleep last night, you can tell just by taking a glance at her. What bothered her the most last night was Winter's health. She didn't know how long she wouldn't be able to walk but it sure worried the hell out of her.

Her heart ached, looking at the girl who caused Winter pain. It was her, Karina Yu.

She couldn't help but feel guilty. Winter still doesn't know what happened that night and Karina doesn't plan on telling her anytime soon.

Part of her just wants to get it over with and tell her before she finds out herself, it would make her overwhelming thoughts go away partially. But the other part of her just can't do it. She doesn't want any grudges between them, she'd rather stay in the friendly relationship they have now.

It really just all frustrated her, the weight on her shoulders were getting heavier. She needed to make a decision sooner or later.

Karina finally dropped into her bed face first, her blinds were up, and the sun was now shining brightly. It was now 6:51 am. She just had finished eating her breakfast. By now, she would've been preparing to get into her car and heading to the campus. But she was still tired even after doing her morning routine.

Her mind seemed to be wandering off, she couldn't even say where the hell her head went. She missed and worried for Winter. She couldn't bare the feeling of being at the school without her for hours.

She grabbed her phone, the time revealed 6:58 am. Of course the time sped through when she finally got her time to rest. She settled her phone down, not even in a rush. Karina decided she would skip her classes today. She had finished all of the work that was not due yet, it wouldn't hurt just to skip one day.

Karina's reasoning to skip classes was half of because Winter. She realized that if she skipped her classes, she would be able to see Winter early.

Once that thought came across her mind..

Karina hopped out of her bed, jogged out her bedroom, grabbing her car keys on a coffee table she always had kept them on. She slipped on her shoes and headed straight out the front door.

The girl ran up the stairs to the house, almost tripping but she held up her weight with her free hand. She huffed and puffed, standing at the front door of Winter's home. She held a small white bag, tightly holding onto it as she panted. Once she caught her breath, she ringed the doorbell once.

After a few seconds she heard a faint, "who is it!"

"Ning, open it! It might be Rina!"

"Classes are still going on, win."

"Just open it!"
