"john!" i screamed once i got into his house. "in here!" he screamed. "oh my god" i said once i saw lauren crying on johnnys couch. my brother was here too.

"what happened" i asked. "my boyfriend just told me that he's gay" she said. "and like i knew but i was in denial" she cried. "i'm so sorry" i said

"i told her she could right a good song about it" johnny said trying to lighten up the mood. "how was nicks?" johnny asked me rubbing my back.

"that's what came to talk to you about" i said. we then walked to his bedroom to shut the door.

"so i wanted to be honest with you" "uh oh your scaring me" he said. "matt texted me drunk saying that he wanted to talk to me, so i did, and at that point i didn't know he was drunk and he told me that he was still in love with me but i don't love him johnny, i love you!" i said ending off my rambling spree not realizing what i just said.

"you what?" he asked me. "forget i said anything i'm gonna go make lauren some tea" i said but then he pulled me back. he then kissed me.

"i love you too" he said. and i smiled. "you what?" i said repeating what he had said to me. "i love you, lexi" he smiled. "i love you johnny" i smiled back. "god i'll never get tired of you saying that" he said and i giggled.

"i feel bad for lauren" i said. "make a song lex i'm telling" he said. "but like i feel like it's mean" i said. "if your not gonna do it then i will" he said.

"wanna have a competition?" i asked him smiling. "absolutely not" he scoffed. "your gonna win!" he said. "we can just do lyrics and see who does better" i smiled

"fine" he rolled his eyes. "i love you" i smiled widely. and he smiled back kissing all over my face

"so me and lex are gonna have a competition to see who will write a better song" john said to my brother and his sister. "she's obviously gonna win john what are you getting yourself into" lauren said

"i wanna try" he laughed. "i'm intrigued" carter said

"you each have an hour...in 3,2,1!" lauren said.

i quickly opened my notes app and started typing all the things that lauren was telling us earlier.
