Y/N pov
recently I've been feeling sick, like throwing up sick. And I also haven't gotten my period and I'm scared, because that could only mean one thing.
I could be pregnant.
I was sleeping until I felt the need to throw up I raced out of my bed and into the bathroom.
"Again?" Pansy asked standing in the doorway as I washed my hands.
"yeah sixth time this week."
"maybe it's just a bug?" Pansy suggested.
"Could be, I'll give it another few days and if it doesn't go away we can go see madam pomfrey"
Pansy nodded and waddled back to her bed.
The few days had went by and I was still throwing up.
"yup you need to see madam pomfrey." Pansy said helping me up.
"yeah." I sigh we walk to the hospital wing and madam pomfrey attended to me.
"Ah ms.l/n my favourite student. What brings you today?"
"I've been throwing up alot recently and I haven't gotten my cycle" I said nervously.
"Have you been active recently?" Madam pomfrey asked making pansy smirk.
"Uhm—well I guess so"
"have you been using protection?" She then asked grabbing a box.
"Yeah all the time."
"here take this test and wait two minutes and then check." Madam promfrey says handing me the box.
"Want me to come?" Pansy asked, I nodded that's how close we were it might sound weird but she just sits in the bathroom whenever I'm in it and I do the same to her we've been best friends since we were 2 months old so its not weird to us.
I took a breath and took the test and placed it on the counter waiting for the two minutes to pass.
"Okay you ready?" Pansy asked as her watch stopped. I nod and place one hand on the test while pansy placed her other hand on the other side, we flipped it at the same time and I gasp.
"no— there's no way—I can't be... we use protection Merlin mattheos gonna hate me."I said on the verge of tears.
"Hey no no shh he isn't going to hate you babe, mattheo could never hate you and not over a baby either."
"I guess so but, what if he does, what will his dad think? Mattheo riddle son of voldermort gets
half blood pregnant? Merlin I'm so stupid."
"Y/n. Your overthinking let's just breath for a second I know it's a lot but remember the breathing technique, count to ten, one,two, three, four,five, six, seven, eight, nine ,ten"
I calmed down after counting to ten and we walked out the bathroom telling madam pomfrey the news she gave me some advice and checked me out making sure I was okay and then we left.
"I can't tell him, I can't tell mattheo that I'm—"
"You can't tell me what?" Mattheo asked tilting his head at me.
"Uh—nothing! Nothing!gotta go see ya!" I said grabbing pansy's hand and almost tripping as we ran.
"Weird" Mattheo said to Theodore.
"Well it's y/n she's always weird" Theodore joked making Mattheo glare at him.
I had been avoiding Mattheo for weeks now, I couldn't bare to look at his face, all I would see was disappointment so I rather just keep this to myself and pansy.
I was walking when a hand yanked me into a cupboard.
"hey what the he—"
"You're pregnant." Mattheo said cutting me off.
"Wh—what? No no I'm not."
"Yes you are pansy told me."
"Damn you pansy." I mumbled.
"y/n why would you keep that from me? I could've helped y/n/n" Mattheo said caressing my cheek.
"I'm sorry" I say as I began crying.
"I just thought it if I told you, you'd leave me and I couldn't have that mattheo you and pansy are the last people I have left and I couldn't loose you."
"Baby I would never leave you. ever and not over a baby either, I'm gonna spoil this kid ok? We're having this baby"
I smiled through the tears, he wiped it away with his fingers.
"I love you."
