As he stepped out of the airport, The desert heat wrapped around Alex and his friends like a warm embrace as they stepped into the electric chaos of Las Vegas.

Their mission: to celebrate John's bachelor party in Sin City. His wedding wasn't for several months, but everyone planned it so Alex could attend. He has a film shoot for 4 months coming up.

Luckily, this shoot is in California so Alex can stay close to home.

Alex slung his arm around one of his closest friends as they waited for their Uber to get to their hotel. They were staying at Caesars Palace. A staple on the last Vegas Strip.

"John! I am so glad you are getting married! As one of your groomsmen I take your bachelor party very seriously.Spencer and I have so much planned for you before you settle down." Alex giggled with excitement.

"I am so glad we can plan it so you could make it. I wouldn't do this without you." John said as he slung his arm around Alex as well.

"I would never miss this.I am just mad you wouldn't let us stay at Excalibur. I mean it's a fucking castle dude!" Alex said as he elbowed John.

"Caesars Palace is just better . Everything is within Walking distance." Spencer interjected.

Alex stuck his tongue out at his friends. "You are no fun."

As they got into their Ubers, Alex started filming and taking pictures of the strip. Since they arrived to Vegas at night, the strip was all light up. Alex's favorite. He loved how the neon lights illuminated the night, they painted the sky with vibrant hues as they ventured deeper into the heart of the Strip.

Alex, was determined to document his weekend away. He was having fun and damn it he wanted everyone to know it.

Alex had told Jack he was going on a trip this weekend, and Jack laughed stating he was too. Jack was at some conference, and Alex was in Vegas. Neither knew where the other was, just that they were both gone this weekend.

Despite the wedding debacle, Alex couldn't shake the lingering feelings he harbored for Jack. Their physical relationship continued, and Alex would argue it was thriving.

They have been exploring their kinks even further, and Alex was still having amazing sex with Jack, but, the bittersweet arrangement only  offered temporary relief.

With every stolen moment of intimacy, Alex buried his emotions, deeper and deeper, masking his longing with fleeting passion. He knew that to keep their connection, he had to suppress his desires, resigning himself to the reality of their agreed-upon arrangement.

The reality: Jack remained out of reach. And Alex was losing a battle because Christopher and Jack were still talking and closing in on making themselves official. Alex was worried.

Every time Alex would leave Jack's bed, he would be drowning in emotions, feeling satisfied sexually but emotionally drained.

Hiding his feeling was exhausting, so this weekend away from Jack was needed.

As their first night in Vegas was in full swing. Alex was goofily documenting the debauchery through Instagram and Snapchat stories. Each post was a snapshot of their wild escapades, providing an insider look of his Vegas experience.

At one point, The night blurred together in a kaleidoscope of flashing lights and pounding music. Cocktails flowed freely, igniting their spirits as they danced their cares away in the pulsating rhythm of the nightclubs. Every step was a symphony of laughter and camaraderie, a celebration of friendship and newfound freedom.
