(Guy in the Tank)

"Who the hells shootin up?!" - Andrea had asked in both confusion and annoyance.
"Best not be Dixon again, I swear to god he's using up the bullets we don't even have!"

Right now we were kind of stranded in the middle of Atlanta, with the dead at every corner of the city we somehow managed to corner ourselves into this store we were raiding in hopes to wait out the herd, but obviously it can't be that simple and now the geeks were piling up against the doors, so we really were fucked.
To make life harder Merle Dixon had taken to shooting up the streets (completely missing every dead freak below us) drawing the attention of more dead freaks.

"Not Dixon, but some guy down there got himself cornered with the freaks," I scoff at the man's poor attempt to fight off the dead. "Dumbass." Almost immediately the binoculars are ripped straight out of my hands.

"Hey, what the hell?!" Snapping my head toward the culprit,
"We should help him, I can get the walkie tuned into the one in that tank"

Glenn's always been a good person from the day I met him on the highway, the day the dead started walking everyone had the same idea, 'get as far away from the city as possible' but due to the army bombing the city in hopes to 'contain' the virus nobody had managed to get far enough, they either, died in the city or died on the highway, either way we hadn't seen anyone new since.
But here we are, some dumbass about to get himself killed and somehow I get dragged into helping him?

"So what? You expect us to just pull a 007 and sneak past all those geeks to help someone who's got no idea of the world around 'em, that it?"

"No, we'll connect our walkie with the one in that tank" he explains pointing toward ms where the tank is,
"And guide him out from here" he continues while messing which the dials on the walkie talkie.
"You know I'm not even going to ask how you know what station that tanks on" I say confused as I point to the tank.
"good."

"Hey, are you alive in there?" He attempts and honestly I have very little hope of that man getting out of there alive, I mean I trust Glenn but the guy did walk straight into a herd.

"Hello? Hello?"

I looked to Glenn and noticed he had the same look on his face as I did,
"Holy shit, he's actually alive." I whisper to Glenn still in disbelief, 'maybe there is hope still left'.

Finally Glenn decided not to keep the man waiting anymore and answers with
"There you are, you had me worried,"

"Where are you? Outside? Can you see me right now?" The mystery man asks hurriedly, fear very much evident in his voice,

I snatched the walkie from Glenn like he did with the binoculars and replied with,
"Woah there, hold your horses, yeah we can see you, you're surrounded by 'Walkers' that's the bad news."

"There's good news?" He asks and I kinda feel bad for unknowingly and accidentally getting his hopes up,

I hesitate before answering, "Uh, no..not really." And I decide to ignore the look Glenn was giving me and instead focusing on figuring out how to help him.

"Listen, whoever you are, I don't mind telling you I'm a little concerned in here."

Glenn took the walkie back, "oh man you should see it from over here, you'd be having a major freak-out."
Now it was my turn to glare narrow my eyes at his reply, realising were probably giving this guy a mini heart attack with each sentence,
