Ch4 - Annonymous Sender

I have been staying in the hotel for the past 2 days.
I have flight back to San Francisco today at 3:30 pm.

It's 11 am right now. My bags are almost packed. Someone just rang my door bell. I opened the door but no one is out there. But before I could close the door just like a mystery movie, someone have left an envelope on my door mat.
Envelope is in the colour of blood red with my name written in golden sparkling colour.
No from , no sender's name. Now I am curious. There's a letter inside.

Dear Emily,
Last time I wrote you a letter from Ari's name because it was the very best way to call you back in New York. I just want to help you. I know you still cry every night remembering him, blaming yourself for his death. But what if I say that it wasn't your fault. What if I say it wasn't a suicide. I know you won't believe me and so I have send you some pictures. See yourself and do not leave New York without knowing the whole truth.

As informed in the letter there are some pictures inside.
In first picture I can see two people standing but their faces are not visible.
In the second pic wait!!!!!!!! I know them. I cannot forget that pale oval face with light blue eyes and that death stare which can give a shiver down your body. That girl is Anna , Cindy's bestfriend. I met her during Noah's party and we played Truth or Dare which didn't went well ( I called her bitch which got her pissed off ) . And that man standing with her is Vincent , the bus driver in my 11th std. But how are they connected to each other? Anna wasn't in our school.
With pictures there is a bank statement copy of Vincent's account. According to it , in that same week when Noah died Vincent recieved a huge amount of money. Below the bank statement a note was written by that annonymous sender.

Vincent was a bus driver then why he recieved this much money and why in the same week when Noah died ? He also resigned from his job just after Noah's death , why ?

This all is so confusing. Does it really have anything to do with Noah ? Is this anonymous sender a friend or foe ? Dp he really know the truth ? Should I believe him and stay in New York for few more days ?
