Angel turned his head, coughing. Blood spilled out of his mouth, Vox yelling at Valentino as Velvet sat him up.

"Let's get you out of here." She whispered, hoisting him up. She dragged him to his dressing room, away from the others.

She lifted him onto the bed, propping his head up onto pillows. Angel couldn't hardly move on his own, pain shooting throughout his body.

Velvet sighed, staying at his side. "Fuck, I don't even know where to start." She hissed, staring at the blood that covered Angel.

Multiple wounds head to toe, bleeding non stop. Angel cracked open his eyes, looking at Velvet. "ve-vel?" he managed. Velvet nodded. "Mhm?"

"Whe-re am I?" He asked slowly, wincing. His throat hurt. Velvet sighed. "You're in your room."

"What hap- happened-?" he asked, Velvet grabbing bandages. She began bandaging his arm, "you and Val went to talk to Charlie. He got really pissed at you for whatever you did, and now here you are. Bleeding out of almost every pore."

Angel watched as she bandaged him up, wincing at the smallest movements. "Why?" "You were defending Charlie, but you were also defending Valentino. I heard you yell at him, and I think that's the thing that set him off. You're still stuck here for another day. If you weren't so hurt, I'd help you out sooner."

Angel leaned his head back, staring at the ceiling. He thought for a while, the memories starting to flood back into his mind.

Tears pricked his eyes, the memory of Valentino relentlessly attacking him for just simply defending someone.

Velvet bandaged another arm, sitting on the edge of the bed. "I didn't think he'd go this far. I don't think he ever has on you." She mumbled.

She heard a vase smash in the hallway, staring at the door. She heard Vox's voice overpowering Valentino's, a smile creeping onto her face.

"I might need to go soon. I don't want Vox getting hurt either. I'll be back." She said, standing up.

Angel watched her walk away, looking at his bandaged arm. He let out a slow, shaky breath, tears burning down his face.

"I swear to fucking Satan Valentino! If I see or hear that you went and you even looked at Angel, your life will be at the mercy of my hands, am I understood??"

Valentino glared, his arms crossed. Vox stared at him. "Answer her." "Fine."

Velvet scoffed. "You took it too far. Not only does that ruin our reputation, but if you get him killed, that means the end of us. It means that Charlie and Lucifer are going to personally have our heads on spikes! You always say he's the stupid one, you say he can't think but look at you! You're just a selfish piece of shit! You'd rather risk your own life over someone yelling at you."

Velvet turned to Vox. "We'll talk in the morning about how he's going to get home. He's awake, but he can't move. Argue tomorrow when he's gone. He can hear everything. I'm not going to sit here and tolerate this any longer. I have been for way too long. I don't care who you punch to get them back in shape, but Angel is far more important than the rest of those sluts you handle. He's been in hell much longer than me, and he's been in this studio since it started. You get accustomed to someone after a while. He's practically family too, you know."

Vox nodded slowly. "I expect better treatment. You release him tomorrow. The latest you can let him go is 17:00. Me and Vox will get him home. You will not touch him." Velvet said, glaring at Valentino as she walked back down the hall.
