"Why do you sound so surprised?"

ALL [NAME] YEARNED FOR WAS TO head home and unwind. However, she had made a promise to stay after school and watch Suna's practice, as he had pledged to walk her home afterward.

Sitting on the floor with her back to the railing, [Name] leaned against it for support. Since practice had yet to commence, she didn't feel compelled to divert her attention from her homework.

Amidst the chatter of the usual crowd of girls, [Name] remained engrossed in her studies, occasionally catching their glances directed her way.

Her intention was to make productive use of the time until practice officially commenced. That plan, however, was disrupted when she felt an impact against the railing behind her.

Startled, she glanced up to find the girls exchanging looks between her and someone below. Following their gaze, [Name] spotted Suna below, standing like a pregnant lady, with one hand on his hip and the other cradling a ball.

Momentarily amused, [Name] returned to her homework, until she felt the same tap on the railing once more.

Turning to face Suna with an exasperated look, [Name] silently told him to stop with his antics.

Suna gestured with his fingers in a circular motion, silently coaxing her to face him. [Name], conceding with a sigh, rolled her eyes and offered a faint smile as she stowed away her homework and turned to face Suna, still seated.

With a playful request, Suna motioned for [Name] to rise using his hands.

[Name], though exasperated, complied, rising to her feet as Suna flashed her a thumbs-up before sauntering away. Despite her attention not being directly on them, she sensed the curious gazes of the girls beside her.

As [Name] turned her head slightly toward the group of girls, her suspicions were confirmed—they were all fixated on her.

"So, you're here for Suna?" The inquiry came from the group, directed at [Name].
