1 Year Later

"Honey!" I screamed up the stairs. My little girl came skipping down and then came down my amazing boyfriend, Sam. Yes, Sam. Ever since the glee club reunion, we've been dating. We just had this connection that I've never felt with anyone else. Finn and I are best friends again, but everything is still awkward. Sam snapped me out of my thoughts by giving me the best kiss ever.
"Well hello there handsome." I laughed.
"Hello." He said in his Elvis impression. I just laughed and gave him a quick kiss and continued making breakfast. 5 minutes later, breakfast was done and I was putting the pancakes on Paisley's plate. Sam came over to me and kissed me on the head.
"I'm sorry babe I have to skip today, work emergency. Something about deflated football's." he laughed and walked out the door. Sam is the football coach at McKinley, and I'm the glee club supervisor. It's Saturday, why would he be going to work? Oh well. I looked at my little girl and smiled.
"How bout I call Auntie Quinn and Santana and I see if they want to go shopping?" She stood up on her chair.
"Yeah!" I laughed at her reaction.
"While I call Aunt Quinn you sit down okay?" She nodded so I went to go grab my phone. I dialed the first two numbers and I heard a big thud. I snapped my head around to see Paisley on the ground with blood all over.
I ran over to her and scooped her into my arms. I grabbed my purse, keys and some towels. A few for keeping my interior clean and most for stopping the blood flow coming out of her head. I laid her down in the seat and ran to my side of the car. I started the engine up and turned out of my driveway crying. I pressed the voice control button on my steering wheel and spoke.
"Call Sam." I said clearly.
"Calling Sam." my car replied to me. It rang a couple times and he answered.
"Babe, I can't talk---" He started talking.
"Paisley cracked her head open I'm on my way to the hospital I love you." I said quickly and hung up, seeing that we we're now at the hospital. I parked in emergency parking and rushed her into the building. I ran up to the receptionist.
"I need a doctor now." I said crying. The older lady gave me a sympathetic look and she intercomed a doctor. They took her away and now all I had to do was wait.
