It's about 15 mins tops away from the Pindaya city and there lies a progressing development site being built by the Future.ex Group. Covering from vast pine forests to meadows of flower fields, the camping tents also lined the slopes of the hills facing sunset.

Their black MVP van drove past the village and headed towards the road that led to their site.
Rose's face covered in glee when she started seeing huge flower fields and trees around theatre buildings.

"Did those pine trees grow naturally... or...?"

She looked over to Thuriya and saw him looking outside the window with great confidence.

"Some were already there since we bought the hills... and others, we planted around..."

"It's like a huge forest......" Rose exclaimed.

"Indeed it is..." he replied.

"Oh my god... the flowers...", said Rose as their car drove past a yard and approached a vast field of sunflowers and mustard flowers.

She also gazed at the theaters as their car drove along a road lined by royal poincianas.

"What do you think..??"asked Thuriya.

"I... don't know what to say...". Rose answered in awe.

"How big is this place?".

"A couple of hundred acres..." Thuriya replied vaguely.

"That's huge", Rose exclaimed.

"Of course". Thuriya smiled. "After all, I only hope this area gets enough visitors, it truly deserves".

Thuriya looked out the window to the open.

"Pindaya..this place..offers a lot more than people actually care to notice."

"You seem to hold very dear to our town." Rose exclaimed, smiling to his words.

"Of course I do...it's only...". Thuriya almost blurted out something but then he held his tongue, taking in a deep breath.

"Wait till you see the cherries... and there's a larger field of flowers over the canyons.." He instantly changed the subject.

"There's a canyon..?"

Thuriya nodded.

"We have different forest themes for different seasons Rose...usually we have sunflowers and mustards earlier than cherries but this year, they came late.."

"...and poincianas and blue jacarandas for around summer...and all different colors of Tabebuias for raining season.."

"Tabebuias..?like the yellow ones around Mandalay moat?"

Thuriya looked over to Rose.

"We have them in pink, purple and white also.."

"Wow... so this place could be..."

"Covered in forest of flowers all season...", he filled in her sentence.

"But that could still need a lot of work to do....to finally keep this in a way I intended...". He smirked.

Their car parked right on the mound at the base of the hill where Thuriya got out.
