Ivory Scamander was walking towards her childhood home a few weeks later. Newt had announced that he had gotten a girlfriend named Tina Goldstein. Their mother had become overly excited and asked questions like:"when are you getting married?" or "when will I get grandchildren?" which had made Newt blush furiosly.
Ivy had gotten about half way there when she felt the feeling that she was being watched or followed. She looked behind her but there was nobody there. Thinking that she was probably being delusional, she walked on. But the feeling was still there. Ivy was just about to start running, as the house was only a block away now, when suddenly a stunning spell hit her. Ivy fell and she lost consciouness. The last thing she remembered was screaming for help. Then everything turned black.

When Ivy awoke again, she found herself in a strange room. There was no furniture except a thin pole in the middle that Ivy was hadcuffed to and a small wooden stool. On that stool sat the wizard that everyone was fearing, that the entire ministry of magic and MACUSA were looking for. Gellert Grindelwald. Reading a newspaper.
"You." was the only thing Ivy could say. Grindelwald looked up from the newspaper.
"Finally, you're awake." he said, with a slight smirk.
"All I want to know, is where your dear brother Newt Scamander is. If you tell me I will not harm you and you will be free to go."
"And if I don't tell you?" Ivy asked trying to sound brave even though she didn't feel very brave.
"Ohh, trust me you don't wanna know."
Ivy swallowed nervously. She wasn't going to tell Grindelwald where Newt was, that she was sure of. But then Grindelwald would definitely do something bad to her. Possibly torture her. Her best plan was to try and get him to talk for as long as possible, her family would notice that she was late. Maybe they had already noticed, god knows how long she had been unconscious for.
"Why do you need my brother?" Ivy asked, hoping this would buy her some time.
"Well, you see you're brother has something that I need." Grindelwald replied.
Oh no. If Newt had something that Grindelwald needed, then he was in big trouble and Grindelwald wasn't the most patient person in the world either. Knowing that there was no way she could stop Grindelwald now, Ivy simply said:
"I won't tell you where he is." Grindelwald smiled.
"Then we'll simply have to do this the hard way."
As Ivy was still registering what Grindelwald had just said, he pulled out his wand. Ivy heard the word "Crucio" a second before she felt it. Ivy screamed out in pain. It felt like she was being poked all over with hot daggers. Suddenly, the pain stopped. Panting, Ivy sat back up.
"Are you still sure you don't want to tell me?" he asked.
Ivy nodded and prepared herself for the pain. She could only make out one clear thought in her head. Sombody, please notice she was missing.
