Ivy, Theseus, the guy he reffered to as Shacklebolt and a few other aurors were at Newts appartement. Once everyone was there, Theseus started giving instructions.
"We're just going in there to search for clues, not steal things. If you find something suspicious or out of place, come find me and we will see what to do." he said.
The aurors nodded and Theseus motioned for Ivy to open the door.
Ivy put her hand to the familiar door-knob and slowly turned it. It was unlocked. Ivy opened the door and the aurors stepped in.
"Johnsson, Moon, you go to the bedroom." Theseus said.
"Wood and Chang to the bathroom, Shacklebolt and Black, you stay in the living room. Me and Ivy will go downstairs."
There was no stairs so Ivy half expected someone to question Theseus, but if any of the aurors thought it was weird, then they did a great job in hiding it. Only Ivy knew that Theseus meant to go to the basement. But Newts basement wasn't any ordinary basement, it was the home of all of Newts creatures. When he was home that is, and not out travelling.
Ivy and Theseus walked over to the floorboard that Newt had made magical and Theseus tapped it 2 times with his wand. The floorboard floated away and so did a few others, leaving a hole big enough for a person to go down.
The siblings walked down the hole and into Newts magical world.
Immedietly, Ivy noticed there was something wrong. Not only was it dead quiet down here, but there were small red pools on the floor. If the blood was Newts or the creatures, Ivy would never know.
They made their way further into the basement, not a single creature was there.
The're probably in his case, Ivy thought.
She couldn't get herself worried now. She had to focus.
After a while, Theseus suggested they split up, and Ivy had agreed. She walked further into the basement, as Theseus cotinued looking in the shack.
Suddenly, Ivy saw a note on the ground. The handwriting was definitely Newts, except it looked like he had written it in a hurry. Possibly during the attack. Ivy picked it up and read it.
Malfoy manor.
Ivy gasped. They knew Newts location! Now they just had to save him, which unfortunately is the hard part.

Theseus heard Ivy calling him from the other side of the basement. He quickly ran over, hoping she had found something.
When he found Ivy, she was sitting on the floor, clutching a note.
"You found a note? Did Newt write it?" Theseus exclaimed, getting hopeful.
When Ivy didn't respond, Theseus got worried. He sat down next to her and Ivy handed him the note.
Theseus gasped.
"Malfoy manor! That's where Newt is!" he said.
Ivy smiled and nodded, suddenly bursting into tears.
"Ivy... are you okay?" Theseus asked, now worried.
Ivy wiped her eyes and looked up, she was smiling. Theseus hadn't seen her smile in days, since Newt had gone missing.
"I'm just... I'm so relieved!" she cried.
Theseus nodded. He felt exactly the same.
He quickly gathered all the aurors, explaining what they had found and what they were going to do.
They were going tonight, to Malfoy manor, and hopefully rescuing Newt.

When they apparated to the manor, it was already dark.
"Lumos." Theseus whispered and everyone else did the same.
They slowly walked up to the gate that led to the gigantic mansion that lay ahead of them. An auror unlocked it and they all stepped inside.
Black unlocked the mansion door by simply whispering "Alohomora" and everyone stepped inside to the eerie mansion.
Once inside, they split up in the same pairs, looking for Newt. Suddenly, Ivy heard a voice that startled her. She jumped and slowly turned around to face whoever was standing there.
But Ivy already knew who was there. She would recognize that voice anywhere.
It was Grindelwald.

Sorry for the cliffhanger, I didn't know where else to end it and it seemed like a good place. The chapters will be getting longer from now on, which I guess is good. Usually a chapter is only about 500 words, this one is a little more than 700. The longest chapter is currently chapter 3, which is nearly 900 words.
